All about my college.

Since my childhood, I have interest in political science and it also comes in every competitive exams, also the course curriculum of my university is also good and useful that's why I choose political science over any other subjects. As I said earlier, the curriculum is quite good and it also helps us to understand the present day governments structure and their functioning. We try to apply what we have studied in our course. Some improvements like , teachers should use Mic while teaching because their voices does not reach the last bench of the class. Also that should provide notes relevant as per the examination perspectives. There were 2 examination held in an year , sometimes exams were scheduled in 2 shifts having different time. For morning shift, the time is 9Am to 12 noon and for evening shift ,it is 1:30pm to 4:30pm.The difficulty level of questions were moderate and mostly it consists questions of previous year question.

My annual fees is 20800 per year which is paid in the college, it covers all the fees including tuition fees, admission fees, development fees, library fees,gym fees etc. Annual fees is constant throughout the course.There is equal fees for all the categories. Scholarship like National scholarship portal (central sector scheme for college and university students) and UP Scholarship are available. The amount of scholarship in nsp and up scholarship are 12k per year and 8k per year respectively.

After admission, there's a freshers party in the college for our new members. It generally held in the month of March after admission. Krishna janmashtmi is also celebrated in the college. There were also farewell party for our senior students generally in the month of May. Library covers all the books mentioned in our syllabus, there is also newspaper for the students. If a student takes a book, after a week , rs 1 is charged for each day when students kept books with themselves. Sports likes cricket, football , badminton is also played in our college and competition is also organised in these sports. Classroom contains wooden benches and led tubelight along with a projector for study. Yes many students runs social groups and clubs in our college.

I live in a single room. The hostel name is chhaya girls hostel, Chetganj,Varanasi. The monthly charge for the single room of 7.5k. The meal of the hostel of just ok ok and they provide food of different varieties but one thing is bad that they only provide 2 chapaties in the morning, they have fixed to it into 2. Which is the wrost thing about this hostel. However, rooms were cleaned every consecutive day. There were not too much restrictions on this hostel , you can live your life peacefully,the only problem is with their food. I lived in Ramkant nagar, Chetganj Varanasi.

I have given Cuet examination 2023 and I have applied for only one Central University i.e BHU. My childhood dream was to became a student of BHU and now I am living my childhood dream. Since I have applied for only one university and it was my top preference and I also got a seat in it, I didn't go for any other state university. Colleges near my house take direct admission without any Cuet examination, so if I wasn't secured admission in BHU , I would go for local college but I secured the admission. There is online admission process for BHU. Firstly you have to mention the name of universities you are applying for in the Cuet application form. Then you have to give exams of general test and english and to score a good marks to take admission. After Cuet results, one by one cutoff were released by the BHU and if you have crossed the cutoff, you have to pay commitment fees of 500 rs that you are taking admission in this college. After that they call you for a physical verification of the document and also that time you have to pay full tuition fees. My overall admission experience were good, teacher were supportive since the very 1st day in the college.

The faculty of political science of our college is easily approachable. The faculty members as well as your political science department teachers were very kind and supportive. I like the faculty of political science due to its teachers and members. They were also considered as the best faculty of our college. I doesn't like the faculty of Economics, reason behind is that teacher were little strict, they are good too but sometimes they became too much strict. In our university, every student is examined twice a year. The difficulty of the question paper is moderate and mostly it contains the previous year questions. The semester exams is of 70 marks per subject and 30 marks for internals. We have 8 subjects in our course. Almost every student clear the examination without having backlog but there are some exceptions also. The course curriculum is good and mostly our syllabus resembles to the syllabus of competition exams means of you study your course, your basic level will be cleared for any competitive examinations.

Yes there is a gym in the college which opens at 8 Am and closes at 4:30pm. Library is also available in our college, computer library is also available in our college. There is a garden, Hall and playground for students. There is no own hostel of the college, hence timings in hostels depends on the private owner of the hostel. The famous hangout places were the Kashi Vishwanath temple, Vishwanath temple (BHU), Namo ghat , Manikarnika ghat, Sigra Mall etc. The locality is not too much safe for girls at night.
