Course Curriculum Overview

I have done BTech in Chemical Engineering. The course curriculum is awesome and relevant to the current industry demand. The exam structure is also good. The exam is taken 2 times per year ie semester exams if u do not clear next semester you will have to give again it.

Placement Experience

Placement is not good because companies which come are only for the cs branch and other branches also have to sit in that. Some times placement drives come for the electrical branch also but never for the electronics branch.

College Events

All events are celebrated in our college extra cultural activities also happen event of all branch also organized. National and International Day are celebrated with local cultural festivals and events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is average not too high nor too low but sc/st students get more discount. College charges a total of around 1 lac for the first year but from the second year onward it becomes around 80K per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have taken no loan or scholarship only reserved candidates get scholarship I am General candidates but yes, the scholarship is available for the SC, ST and OBC students based on their financial conditions.

Alumni/Alumna

The college has an alumni association that provides a registration portal to the old students of the college so that they can register themselves for the upcoming alumni meets and college organizes alumni meet from time to time.

Admission

I got admission in the second year of BTech on the basis of my polytechnic. After the polytechnic final exam, I applied for counseling and because of my good marks, I came to the merit list.

after the completion of third year students become eligible for campus placements companies which visit are infosys cisco tata amazon and many more highest package for 2024 was 52 lpa and the average package is 11 LPA 60-70% students gget placed after my degree i plan to get a solid 9-5 job earning a decent living of my life and serving my parents

We have domains and certain denomination in placements like 6 figure denomination for top performing students as they get placements in excess of 10 lakhs. Average as of last year median is around 7 lakhs for electrical branch students.

Placement Experience:

One becomes eligible for college placements if he/she in their third or fourth year. The number of companies visits are great like Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , Atlassian etc. These are the good companies which offers great placements. The percentage of students placed are about 85%. My plans after getting a degree is I'll move in tech based companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jiwaji is Government university which have a long heritage. But is now coming to the short end of the rope. Institute of Engineering Jiwaji is fairly newly established around 20 to 30 years or so. The faculty is not that great and is not that experienced and have less facilities. Faculty of IEJU is mostly on temporary payroll with some of the permanent faculty. You have entire leasure of time to yourself. So, thing other than couese can be pursued. Hostel facilities are good. If we come to exams Other than Pharmacy and Engineering all other course have tomoy scheduled exams with strict checking and scoring.

Remarks:

My college comes under Institute of National importance,it has amazing placement,the students in this college are very intelligent as everyone joins after qualifying one of the toughest exam JEE advance, college has beautiful campus and has well equipped labs and also hasquite low fee compared to other colleges.

Journey to success with MITS Gwalior

I give JEE Mains exam. After than I sat for MP DTE councilling where I filled choices for SGSTIS Indore ,DAVV Indore ,MITS Gwalior, JEC jabalpur. In SGSTIS and DAVV I can only go with lowest branch so I op MITS Gwalior where I get seat in Information technology specialization in Internet of Things IoT. Yes I prefer students to come this college, as its core branches are very good in studies as well as placement wise. I have applied for many government colleges via MPDTE counselling after giving JEE MAINS EXAM and from counselling I got this college and taken admission in this college.I have also applied in some private colleges of MP but when I got government college so I preferred to study in government college over private college. A campus of learning, friendship and future prospects

I choose this college because it has strong reputation since 1947 and good placement with affordable fee compared to other option I applied for. I also considered a few private colleges but preferred this one as the admission is true J based counseling with clear eligibility and cut off rank.
