the subjects like programming, networking and Adroid development seemed useful for starting a career in IT. practical projects helps us understand real-world projects and we had internship at the end of the year which gives great industry experience. we have two mid exams so these small tests helps instead of only having big exams at the end. after completing a chapter we are provided assignments on a particular chapter to write sothat we can revise whole chapter. Difficulty level of exams are not so hard. If we study we can easily pass the exam.

We have 2 weeks internship after first year and 4 weeks internship after 2nd year as our curriculum which is compulsary for all the Students. There are three ways of doing internship : you can either find company to work, purchase online course or In-collage internship. We have to find company by our own and work on the specific project or task there and have to submit report to res[ected faculty mentor after completion with certificate. If we take online course it should be certified and validated by acite. One of the portal for online course is internshala. And if we don't had any option the last option is In-collage internship where faculty gives us some practical projects and task and we have to present to the collage everday and complete that task.

students became eligible for campus placements at the semester of there study. I am currently going to be in last semeter so I don't have any idea about it because our faculty does't gave any more information about it yet. Most of students are planing to go for further studies as I am. because we get admission in 2nd year of degree engineering.

I am general category student. Our collage is government and especially I am a girl candidate I have to pay 220 per semester as tution fees of collage. For GTU exams there is an exam fees which is arond 550 which I have to pay every semester when exam forms are filled. There is another affiliation fees by university which costs 300 which we have to pay every year i.e in odd semester. When we talk about scholarship all government scholarships are applicable for suitable cadidates. Dr. Saroj Ghandhy Scholarship is provided by the collage around 2000 rupees to the top 10 students of the depart who scored heighest in the exams. Average of two semester is considered and list of top 10 candidates are displayed.

National Techfest is celebrated in our campus and Every year there have been sports week celebrated to encourage sports and health in the campus. Seminars are arranged about different topics several times. Speacial seminars for girls are arranged for their safety. Anti-ragging cell is also there which makes campus ragging free. We don't have any library. No festival celebration.

I want to study diploma in surat and dr. s & ss ghandhy collage is one and only one government collage in surat. the best thing of government collage is that we don't have to pay very high fees so I had choose my collage as it. admission process is very simple. we have to fill forms online or there are also admission help center all over gujarat. then the merit list is diplayed which is based on the maths, science, and english marks of ssc borad examination. and then we have to select collages we want and the final result will be declared and we have to go to collage to submit documents and confirm our admission. Eligibility for diploma is you should be 10th pass.

we has 6 faculties which takes different subject divided among them. we have old teaching scheme but I think new teaching is applied for new acadamic year. We have two 20 marks mid sem examination whose average marks is considered out of 20 and 10 marks for microproject. End semester exam is of 70 marks.And 50 marks is for practical exam and viva. In last two semester, there will be external viva. placement arrangement is there for the student who want to do jobs but most of students wants to go for further studies.

I don't live in hostel or anything because I have my own house in surat. I travel through citybus and go to collage. And if I talk about hostel there is three building, one for girls and two for boys seperately, There is no mess or anything even we don't have any canteen. there is canteen in the degree department where we have to walk so much to. There we also have shop of xerox so that we don't have to go anywhere outside for xeroxing practicals.
