Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum is well up to date including the aetcom and other qualifications required for a physician. Regarding the timing of exams is also well in terms of time required for preparation. So it becomes easy.

Internships Opportunities

2

The internship is provided by the state government in the state government run hospital there is no issue of stipend blocking but the interns are overworked and stressed with no respect towards them in the working setup

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees is around 1.26L (unreserved) Other fees include hostel, library, development fees, gymkhana fees amounting to 14k. Yearwise the fee increment is around 10% of the previous yr fee additional. The scholarship includes shahu maharaj fee reimbursement scheme provided by the state government to ebc students

Campus Life

4

The overall experience is good with campus sports events including culture and varied aspects, the fest is 15 day event with all the functions for enjoyment we all enjoy the entire events throughout the year

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel facility is average there is many times shortage of water. There is no system of drinking water at the hostel so the students need to go to the city at the water atm to get water for drinking...

Admission

I got selected based on my national eligibility cum entrance examination all india rank so i got this college in second round after gmc satara in first round. The course is good there is no issue of unemployment

Faculty

4

The faculty to student ratio is good overall. The faculties are approachable to doubts. They help in a polite manner. For the 1st yr the physio faculties are very good in terms of making student comfortable for learning.

Night Life

4

The nightlife is bad especially for the students from metropolitan cities like bombay, delhi, etc. Everything gets closed after about 9pm in the night The hostel timing is not there for the boys but for the girls

I choose the course because I wanted to become doctors from most prestigious college of India. I didn't get seat in AIIMS Delhi so then I choose this college as it is near my home town. The students faculty ratio is 70:12. All the faculty are passed out doctors so they are highly qualified and they teach us in such a way that no need to ask for any doubts. The university conducts exams after every 3 months and we all have to work very hard to pass the exams.
