Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was according to the needs of the outside job scenario. Labs provided the awareness and knowledge of practical circuits drawings and the subjects were in tune with the modern day job requirements mostly regarding mobile communication, VLSC designs
Internships Opportunities
Mini projects and major projects were conducted during the 1st and 2nd semester of the 4th year. Industrial tour was conducted in vizag for ECE batch and internship were provided in reputed PSUs like DRDO and other organisations.
Placement Experience
Most students got placement during 4th year 1st semester. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro have visited our college. Average salary package my friends got was 80000 per month. 80% of the students got placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee including tuition, registration fees, admission fees, lab fees, development fees and other compulsory charges and others was 28000 per year for the 4 year course of ECE in Btech during the admission year 2006-2010
Campus Life
We had a library which had almost all books covering the curriculum and they were provided for certain period of time with zero fees during my time. Scintillasenz was the annual fest in our college Held during March. Convergence was also an important event.
Admission
I have also applied for CBIT and Vasavi and Sreenidhi. My Eamcet rank was not too good for them to accept. However I was very much satisfied as I got selected in to VNR VJIET as the job placement scenario in my college was good. I would refer my college to others also. The admission in my college was through EAMCET rank.
Faculty
I couldn't remember the names as it was long time ago but teachers were particularly encouraging even last bench students like me, one of the teachers is Sahithya madam. One of the elderly teachers was a former scientist in one of the PSUs. Teachers for the core subjects were a minimum of associate professors
Night Life
The cafeteria and the ice cream parlor were well maintained. There was gym facilities also. A volleyball court is also present adjacent to the stadium.Parking and cafeteria area was the main hangout facility for us
