Remarks
It's an engineering college so placement is not as high as iit or nit, but if you study well throughout the course you will easily crack the interview. In addition to this computer science engineering students get placed easily.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is almost same as like all other engineering college. There were eight semesters in four year, 6 months each. Exam is of three level first mst(2 months after start of semester) Then put and finally the semester exam.
Placement Experience
Placements are of average level, few companies come for interview every 2-3 months. In addition to this internship is provided to the students, some companies are netlink, cognizant etc. Internship experience was good and I was offered 10000 per month in netlink
College Events
Almost every festival is celebrated in our college. Starting from freshers in the first year, followed by annual function every year. Sports events and extra curriculum events are held every year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee is 70000 per year for my batch students but from next year as csab was not including this college in its list so the fees came down to 50000 per year. In addition to this if you become the topper of the year you get your year fees refunded.
Fees and Financial Aid
If you become the topper of the year for the specific course you are entitled to get your whole year course fees refunded. In addition to this sc st, students get scholarships from their respective states. The college doesn't provide any loan facility by itself, but many students get it from the bank on their own.
Campus Life
The college focuses on extracurricular activities very much especially sports. Practical labs are good but teachers prefer theoretical knowledge much more than that practical knowledge. Practical classes are done on regular basis.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, i had opted for hostel which costed 3600 per month for hostel and mess. Hostel rooms we're good, you will get either single room or a bigger room with one sharing. Mess food sometimes is below par taste.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, seniors were quite helpful, even you are a smart guy and don't need anyone's help then also they come by themselves to tell you how to proceed and how to manage things. The seniors ask Juniors to be a part of any of the groups to be involved in extracurricular activities.
Admission
I got the admission in this college in the spot round of jee mains exam counselling. After counseling we needed to report the respective college for further process. At that time documents we're verified and first year fees was asked only.
Faculty
Faculties are of average level, the faculty to student ratio is good and no class has went empty. Teachers are basically course oriented and don't focus on practical knowledge much. At the end the were of helping nature.
