Remarks
Fee structure of this college is very low only 21k per year. Which i think is the +1 for this college. You can get engineering degree for very less amount. Negative thing is the placement ,placement of this college in not too good.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good, all the exams were conducted in the right time ,several changes were done in the year 2018 to enhance the quality of education. Two end sem were conducted once in the month of December and next in May. And before the endsem two midsem happens.
Placement Experience
Placements are not soo good ,every branch have approx 35 to 40% placement except metallurgy. The placement of metallurgy is very good. They have their slogan also like "metal is settle".College not provide internships for all branch except in Production Engineering.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is very much feasible as compare to other colleges ,its only around 21000 per year. And if you opt hostel then its around 2 to 3 thousand per year. And mess charges is 3 thousand per month.
Fees and Financial Aid
College offer scholarship to the weaker saction of the society like whose family income is less than 1.5 lac, for this you have to show the income certificate only. Inspite of this there are other scholarship are also present like for the branch topper and year topper.
Campus Life
There are lots of extracurricular activities happens in our college. Like techfest ,freshers of the year ,sports etc. But the most number of participants comes form 1st year only. Labs are present but they are now became older. They needs to get replaced.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumini network of BIT Sindri is very strong. Every year they visit our college and also they are very helpful. Yes ,seniors are also very helpful. Alumni also helped students for the vocational traning if you have good image and good network.
Admission
I got in admission through exam conducted by JCECEB. Question asked in this exam were not too much tough ,they were only checking the the basic concepts of the aspirants. Most of the question were of 1 to 2 lines. but now the process has been changed ,from 2019 the college take admission through JEE Mains rank basis. This is the official notice of JCECEB, but i will say to conform it by your own once and check the other changes done by the officials.
Faculty
Some of the faculty were good but some of them are also not up to the mark. But this the condtion of any engineering college. So i will say for study you have to do it by yourself by watching videos or by group study.
