Need to improve canteen service

This is a good college for students who wants to work hard and smart in future and want to be a successful person in their life. The college has a good infrastructure and can improve in many things like campus, canteens etc. As a student of this college i would say this is the best college of kolkata

I am from commerce stream and i opted for b. Com hons. Course curriculum is easier in earlier semesters after this it will be hard to pass the examination if you are a below average student but if u have a courage of studying you definitely do good.

The placement opportunities are very low in this college although in b.sc some companies comes to recruit but i would say you will not get placement from college. So if want to get placement from college this college is not for you.

The college celebrate different events and in day section almost every function is celebrated. I would say this college is day shift friendly. Very few events are celebrated in evening shift. Some events like holi, republic day are celebrated.

The fee structure is very feasible and i would say it is nothing it is like free as it is a govt. College the fee is very low. I got into this college for a admission fee of rs 2500 only and in this fee they provide many services like library card, sports, gym etc.

As its fee is very low so i don't think that any one would need loan but if you need loan you can avail by showing your income certificate to the college. The college is government college so you will get financial help.

Extra curricular activities like football, basketball, cricket are there and so many like athletics, swimming if you want to take part you can. The college has a reputed library with fully air conditioning.

Senior students are very helpful the ragging problem in this college is very low. most of the student are very friendly and they support us. The students unions are supportive and they help us when we need help.

Firstly i had to clear the cut off for the first list that was 79%. I had 87 % marks so i did not face any difficulty in getting into this college. After getting my name in merit list i had to go to the college for the verification of the documents which i submitted online and after verification i was admitted in this college.

The college faculty is good. Their behavior and teaching method is acceptable. I won't say they are excellent but not bad. Accounts teachers are friendly in nature and also law teachers are helping hands for the students.
