Atria from 1st sem student

as this is the start of the 1st sem and only one internal was conducted i am not able to explain the relvance of the course as the 1st sem is all about simple maths and other things but c programming is going fine where we are learning about function that is a building block for data structures and algorithm

most of the placements are arounf 5 lpa and excpet that the placement cell is not transaprent about the number of students getting placed the number of passout i am thinking of pursuing masters through competetive exam like gate and except for that off campus placement by gaining skills on myself one of the pros of the collegeis its location surrounded by few nice coleges beside we have the chance of getting good recruiters we have recruiters from amazon phonepe etc witch

I have opt for B.E (Bachelors of engeenering ) in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning i have tke admission through comedk so py fees is 206111 for tuition fees inclusive of skill lab facility until the end of 1st sem they havent charged anything extra until now for any record books or any other items about the attendance minimum of 85 per subject is need before externals and 75 before internals internals attendance is often tinmes excused by letter of apology as of academics it is fine where its the normal easy college syllabus the library is great with GATE exam books and many foreign author books too students taking admission through kcet have to pay a fees of 1 lakh 15 thousand or close to that until now there isnt any scholarship provided by the college itself but karnataka and central government often times gives scholarship based on caste reservation and army brat

there are many fests but all of them are mostly small each branch has their own small fest then branches like ise have their own hackathon aand so on for different branches there are fest time to time with lots of fun along with friends fests are held around the month of may jan and technical fest is held around the same time libraries are constanlty updated with many ebooks ejournals pyq paper and more upon that few books are bought that are in demand and many of the books are as old as 2000 smartboards are there in every class automatic book issuing machine in library water in every floor there are many sports ournament and we have football club as well facilities for volleyball basketball and football turf is there with bare minimum facilities and a gymnasium for hostelers only that is mostly occupied and stinking all the clubs and other fest have a social group

i chose this college due to my low rank in comedk i chose this college based on infrastructure and exposure of the college as it is in the city along with this i had a few in mind like sri sai ram college and another colllege inbagalkot but they were too far and i didnt want to go that far becuase i can get a good exposure in the city except for that all the salary packages are going to be fairly the same in all the colleges i had a cahnce of getting admission in we can get admission in atria through comedk kcet or management another reason to choose this college was this has beecome autonomous since 2024 so we have less exam stress more fun and other fests

there is enough teachers to teach a class of 60 so i would say the faculty to student ratioais about 1 is to 60 teachers are nicethey give their 100 perentage in teaching and consantly try to give us best of their knwoledge some of the teachers arent that good at teaching but are wise in i=their subject kannada isnt a problem as all teachers speak in english i like all my faculty pavithra maam swathi maam jerin sir is a gem but shivraj sir could try to communicate moer and help the children learn clearly else he is a very knowledgeful person. vijaya lakshmi maam our C programmming maam is very nice 1st internal that was conducted was very easy and anyone who started learning 1 weekbefore the exam without attending classes can easily score 40/60 on it

the college gate is open until 9 pm and hosteleres have curfew from 9.30 but none in the morning 5 gyms open at 6 am morning and 4 pm evening and open for 4 hrs after opening time the library is open from 8 am to 8 pm but books re issued only until 4 pm after that the technical staff leaves and only maintenance staff is there as the college is near yalhanka there are many places nearby
