Honest review GVP College of Engineering

College consists of good facilities for academics and extra curricular activities like sports and cultural activities. It has a decent infrastructure and labs are equipped with highly sophisticated equipment.

The course I'm pursuing in Btech in mechanical engineering. The course curriculum is vast and is included of many interesting which are very important to cope with the engineering problems in the industries. The exam structure is that end semester exam will be held after every semester

College has a specialized placement cell, which deals with the issues related to Placements. On and average students are placed into decent an average package of 3.5 lakh. But recently elite companies like Amazon etc are placing students from our college.

Every year my college conducts an annual technical and cultural fest named ekathra. Students from various other colleges and universities visit to the fest to participate in various technical events. The college offers a membership in NSS and also in various other clubs

The fee structure is very expensive with an annual fee of nearly 1,11,000, but reimbursment facility is applicable to the students who are eligible for that scheme provided by the government. The fees can be paid through online mode or using DD.

The college doesn't offer any scholarships or any loans. But as I mentioned reimbursement facility is available for students who are eligible. There are some scholarships based on merit and the remaining are based on caste basis.

Labs are equipped with highly sophisticated equipment which remain as a very good experience for students. College offers various clubs for sports and cultural activities. Different sports like cricket, volleyball, basketball etc are played.

Most of the senior students are LinkedIn and are frequent contact with us through Skype or some other online platform. They provide with many valuable advices regarding career planning and opportunities in industry.

Firstly that we have to AP EAMCET, which is the common entrance test in Andhra Pradesh. Then score a good rank in the test, apply for admission through counseling. According to the rank secured, we will get the college and branch.

The college has a well qualified faculty for all the departments, most of them are alumini of IIT and Nit. They are in all case for academic doubts and personal problems. They are very supportive. doubts will be clarified at any time.
