Short summary for VGEC

The course is quite good. It's quite helpful in solar, railways, semiconductor chips etc. industries. The curriculum is also helpful for us in the way of teaching us the machines which makes our worldview open and learning. The area where subjects should related to the machinery and chips so that it can be more helpful to us. The exam frequency and timings are good no changes.

The company which comes for placements alse gives us chance for internship for a short period with stipend. The projects are to understand industry and their Working along with the machinery and parts. The outcome is more knowledge and opportunities.

From semester 6 students are eligible for placements. Companies like TCS, sunsolar, cape Gemini, hitachi etc like visits for campus placement. Highest package is of 8,00,000 and average package is of 4,00,000. 96% of our students get placements. My plans after getting bachelors is for post graduation.

The basic fees which includes tuition fees and lab fees is around 1450rs, and every odd semester we have an external 300rs fees. There's TFWS fees waiver system for those lacking money and there is no decrimination between caste for the fees.

We have vishwacup for sports, hackathon for coding and robotics. And they are typically held during odd sems. The facilities maybe good maybe bad according to the device needed. For sports we have ground and courts so it's good but need gromming and repairing. NCC and NSS are available as well as book club, cricket club, drama club, media team, etc are also there

My college is quite famous for it's quality study and placements. The campus is better than other colleges. Less pollution in our college. LD, DDU, PDEU etc. are the other colleges I'd applied for. Yes I did get rejection from other colleges due to higher rank. The admission process is simple register in ACPC online, lock your colleges along with department, come to college after being accepted in the college for reporting and after paying the fees.

The faculty students ratio is 1:30, there are few facilities with who the relationship is quite bad because the faculty is not very understanding while the other faculties are understanding, strict yet understanding. Haque sir is quite understanding and gives us chances, opportunities and helps us. ND mehta sir is very annoying and can be very inoperative and doesn't understand students at all and bullies us into doing things. Exams pattern is mid-Sem and GTU final exam.

There few spots in the campus where we friends hangout such as E-block. There's a gym in our campus as well as a library too, library starts at 11 and closes at 4. Hostel timings are morning 8 to night 8 but as for campus it's open till 10. Famous hangout spots around our college is Jugaadi adda, Ajay's, hakuna matata, etc.The locality is quite safe and sound and people can be free to roam around at night.
