I would not want to give negative comments because there are good things. Which can't be ignored. So please visit college once then decide what you want to do. Because may be things are different today.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is quite good. Now people are coming for this course in big numbers in this college. When I was studying in that college that time it was average but now it is far better than that time. Now you can take admission without any hesitation.
Placement Experience
Placement wise Asansol Engineering College is not good for Bachelors of Businesses Administration students. They provide internship but they don't offer a good placement. That is why I prepared for govt. Service after my education.
College Events
They celebrate very less. 1. Fest 2. Culture Program 3. Different types of competition 4. Group Activities 5. Seminar 6. Logo Competition 7. Quiz 8. Extra Activities If you say me to rate this Asansol Engineering College rate wise it would be 3star.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is quite average. I paid approximately 250 thousands for my study in this college. At this time it has increased. It should be now 300 thousands. It is little costly. But middle class family can afford it.
Fees and Financial Aid
As per my knowledge there is no scholarship and loan facility for Management students. But there is scholarship and loan facility for the BTech students. If you are going for Bachelors of Businesses Administration study. Then no.
Campus Life
Lots of extracurricular activities have done per month. Labs are very good. Every year college arrange sports tournaments for different types of game. It was fun to take a part of that kind of sports activities. I will give 5 star.
Hostel Facilities
I was not taken hostel facility. But my friends were in hostel. Hostel is average. Hostel food is not so good. You can take pg outside the college. It would be better if you compare hostel and pg. Pg is better.
Alumni/Alumna
If you are planning to study Bachelors of Businesses Administration in Asansol Engineering College please go and check other college. If I get another chance to make choice I would have chosen other college.
Admission
I gave Common Entrance Test. Then I passed the exam. When I passed the CET, Administration called me and informed that I had passed the Common Entrance Test, Please come with all your documents for the admission process.
Faculty
Faculty of the Bachelor of Business Administration is not too good. When I took admission in 2013 there were only 4 professor for us. They were not enough for us. Now all the scenerio has changed. Good faculty is there.
