Course Curriculum Overview
Some courses are great while other need revision But with the implementation of NEP having started easily the circicullum would be very industry relevant Proper practical exposure is given Examination frequency is high and difficulty level is manageable
Fees and Financial Aid
The institute is helpful towards students in paying their fee. First understand the fee structure so their are two parts the institute fee and then the hostel fee The institute fee is 98500 approx (including hostel) and mess fee is 25000 Scholarships are usually given on institute fee(excluding hostel fee) Scholarships are available on basis of income categories such as below 5lpa and 1 lpa Moreover you can go for your state government scholarships The institute also provides merit scholarships for being in top 5% of your branch.
Campus Life
Over-all experience was great Friends for life were made You just tell your passion and we have a club We have great college fest Sports facilities are good Gyms have good equipments Clubs have prooper equipments and highly interested people Only issue is that sometimes getting into clubs me be a factor of how well you know your seniors
Admission
I wanted NIT ALLAHABAD only since the starting Don't go for the NIRF ranking they don't tell the real talent that resides in the campus People are very forward looking Placement are great Very high percentage of people get placed even if they are from lower branch Alumini network is strong Hence I chose this college based on these reasons
Faculty
Faculty available in the college is highly qualified Most of them are phds from reputed colleges and they promote learning Examination culture might seem daunting but it is easily doable We have quizzes midsem and endsem for every subject and on an average we have 6-7 subjects so easily we are surrounded by exams all around Students generally clear the exam very few fail and even those who fail clear their backlog by giving back paper
Night Life
Since allahabad is a tier 2 city so nightlife outside the campus is not so vibrant but inside obviously you can easily roam and enjoy with you freinds girls and a strict intime of 10-10:30 pm For hunger pangs at night there are some canteens that are open very deep into the night so no need to worry. Obviously allahabad is famous for the SANGAM but outright hangout places are not very much present.
