The main key of very student life is career ,education, like ot provide the expreinece i got in my education filed, The accounting and finace field help for me , important to growth, because of having having advanced topic , industrial tools , technologies provide me confidence to face challenges in real world, i also like to tell about the 4 years i spend for gaining knowledge about the business and marketing fields is very interested and also it is important to memorise the facts happen in time of study in college, the courses i perfer BBA- Business and administrative have a fun and excited study and grow for our mentally is also empower to have grip to balance the finance, handle the diffculty in amrketing at time of challenges against another team who is in same category and also the finace and accounting, professional , courses play the very important objects and role model in my career.

I like to discuss the most favourable internship i got form my college are given below : * Marketing and Finance intern provding form Jiio Infocomm, Pwc india, Microsoft india and collabarate with intel corporation per month 45,000/- * Human Resource Intern, collabrate with High radius 15,000/- per month * Business Development Intern from Kreativstorm India, * Research internships provided with Google 25,000/- per month * Sales ( Business Development ) intern, combining Marketing and finance First student per month minimum 12 -25,000/- per month mostly i perfer Marketing, sales and Finance in name of Microsoft Aspire MBA with stipend from range of 30,000/-per month to highest of 95,000/- and i join , working for projects with my collegues for essential to cultivate buisness, develop skills in areas like strategic thinking mostly in field of networking and communication. i mention facts happen mainly during in projects in work i focus the collegues join me to support for network built with strong bonding relationship, navigate challenges with resilience and foster sense . i got strong bonding realtionship very things done smoothy without stress.

Job placement will come at the time of degree like BBA, MBA, MCA and other , According to me Palcements refers to employers find suitable candidates to fll their vacancies, fill specialized roles and providing training for completely fit for job,In time of 2020-21 , we are at final semester awaiting for exam , some big targeted companies come to our campus to test qualification for to fill their postion which is empty for a time. so , they given the mental , aptitude test in that time some are got good score also eligible to get job , the main companies i saw TCS, Intel, TCL, Wipro, Mahindra, TATA Comapny, Bata ,Filpkart for software program, mnc company by the major Companies have arrival to take talent and specifc candidate for role, they offered 4, 5, 8, 10lacs pakages including PF, Canteen , travel, health packages. 60% have got selected but 10% are request to join after completion of Professional course like highest ambitious degree.

Firstly i introduced myself someshwar , i age of 5 years my parents joined me Nursery school the fees strcture was 10,000 per year in bangalore , after i joined and completed 10 th standard in Delhi public school ,at time for all sudents they charge SSLC fees 40,000/- including van charges, i got scholarship based on merit for OBC students 5,000/-. After i joined to ST. Francis composite pu college with fees structure of 70,000 including hostels and food accomdation at concessional basis, but normal students means averge marks in SSLC fees was 85,000/- yearly and also college provide me scholarship 5,000 for highest score in computer , english in Board exam 2018 year , i applied for scholarship in name of Post mertic scholarship 3,000/-, Merit based scholarship i receive 10,000/- . In 2018-19 i applied For BBA course in Indian Institue of Management studies in Bangalore, because of well - reputed and give better career placement form expretise faculty in commerce field. I take education loan with my 4 friends for complete the BBA course in IIM where as i pay fees of 11,50,000 per year for including all facilities form college. I am very happy for getting internship program in Adani pvt ltd in bangalore- campus placement i am still doing intership and also work as part time as a accountant in small business shop for my daily expenses.

My favorite memorable day is my college day following events i enjoyed in campus with making new friends without discrimainte in mean of both boys & girls , engage in social activities like cleaning awarness, exploitation against caste system or inequality , make some beautiful debats, conference , quizes i enjoyed most by winning competition and spend lot of time by getting more inforamtion about academics with supported lectruers. there is also large library with most wanted career advancing books me and my friends research the ideas and get most important things for build career ,so we make projects gathering the tips to develop tje career in every life of students at most important manner. In the time of college fest, my friends have lot of support to me for orginize culutural activities, music generic in that folk song composing to deliver to around audience and to create peaceful environment. most our girls are dressing attractive with give lovely onces ,feel the positive of sense matching of good looking and most favorable colour, everyting is beautiful and very memoralial things gone in my campus, Also in plan of game, sports lecturer are always support for to engage and some faculty guide , coach for sports like kabaddi, cricket, volleyball we are also motivated and win state campoinship award in cricket, kabaddi , overall i thought this is a first and most signifcant, aslo sequential things work , task happen in our campus.

I am every happy to describe the hostel room , food accomdation is very well and enjoyable without feel of limited in every faclities : * The room i found like Dorm rooms with separate beds, standard type in hostel. But i am stayed in private rooms having bathroom for 4 shares , TV , also builted study room helps to studying late at night without disturbing other roommates i have permission for my relatives , guests for share family thoughts and also bring kitchen items like glasses , plates ,debit card , with my friends we got large space for prepare practical skills .. 2. Registration process for hostel is free without restriction, when comes to affordability everything is get at lowest , offerable cost, means less charge. 3. First time i experience without know acutal cost of PG at last year 2019 me and some friends are searching the room for 1 month because we selected for cricket final test and also our Coach i cautious about trianing in everyday morning so i want to stay but one PG we got at 6,000 per month it was worst in accomodation , cleaning is bad , food is some are not like but we move until the completion of final test and win the prize. But hostel is very helpful also cookmaid are very helpful and make our favourable food and also staff are help me with 24*7 support.

For Course of BBA i applied firstly in jain college and they give the CET test for eligibility , know the knowledge grip in subjects in that i selected but i have to interest to choose another college so i passed the entrance exam in some college , but fees structure and facilities are too- far to my ditance . so i joined the IIM Indian institute of management studies because have clean hygienic facilties like food accomadation, hostel facilities faculties are mostly in nature, moreover my friends , realtives mostly join to my IIM college, i also like very much beacuse of good care , finacial support to students in form of providing loans, scholarships to encourage students who have high performance in desired courses, so like to join and grow my career at the excellent services under professional gudielines.

The Fees strcture is 50,000 for year in 10th standard, i like mention teaching faulty in school, maths handle by RAMESH Sir, he was strict and expert in maths and guide for 50-60 students also guide tips to score high marks , hindi teacher is freindly to our friends to teach and we have high score, Science mam, SHAMLA, have expert and guide friendly about biology, teaching is excellent in 10th. In PUC, fee strucutre is 80,000/- per year also i got little concession, i got good response in time of clear the doubts, problems, i got strong relationship and my best lecturers like Aravind , handling business who teach very excellent and easy to understand, Madhusudhan, handling accounts& finance have best direction and solve large problems, English has become my favourite subject i got 94 score in exam recognize as top score in my batches in PUC. after that in free structure of BBA is 10,00,000/- per year form got merit based sit from support of Puc marksheet. Faculity is friendly move and clear doubts in subjects in any time without taking irration means have friendly in nature. overall observation about my acdemic years move smoothly with having strong career grip and support to my future.

In the time of admission follows below: 1. The mainly test i attend is some funny and interested i got quick smile by seeing test given beacause some question like question are how your place in front of candidates, i notice some question is most innvoative things built in questions like question like " what can you when someone near you can shout , distrurb you and joking in test, at end attend test at better without tension. second topics i select in GD was Corporate social responsibility with other candidates i tell some pros related to topic like keeping most earned profit to social engage is important role of every business mostly education field , at observation built house to poor people as help to shelter for many houseless people , donating money as charity, donation, funds to social welfare and also paly economy tool to society, mainly the business want to focus labour worker , treat them as family like providing health wellness , education, emergency aids without compromise like that some debates are happen and finally movement of postive related to GD is most beautiful. Last round interview i remeber some question are mostly professional are * what are your strenghts, why are you interested in your major ? * what is plan for you to complete in this campus after join? like that every question are impressed and some are confused me how to answer but moves effectly without much irration.

During day of my campus , The nightlife is so colourful ,after leave the classrom in evening at 6'00 clock the day starts with playing cricket by creating a team with my friend also placing bets averge 1,000/- for 50 overs and finally winner will annouce , give the betting amount, all together conduct small party to share enjouable, bad experience while our friends feel in playing like cricket, volley ball, baseball spend for 1 hour. After 7:30 pm i and my roommate recall and shares class hours like subjects, events , special things thoughts from lecturers and complete the Tasks / Projects / Assignement about for 2 hours.Remember the most favorable things in time of food our favourite dishs like ricebath, masala dosa, lemon rice , sometimes Biryani are available at most time because some of the kitchen maid will prepare for everyday likely neighbood relationship between me and cookmaid Thereafter we make morning some refreshment activities but gym is limited .
