Immensing College

This college has just completed 11 years. So it is still in development. But the gain during these years was never seen before in any other institute. And with the development going on it will become more better and betyer with time.

The course curriculum is up to date. The subjects taught are according to the standard course all over India. The exams are conducted semester wise. And each semester have 3 class tests in which best of two is counted for internal assessment marks.

The placements are quite well. The college invites many core companies like Tata, Mahindra,etc. for the placement. Almost every student got placed in our final year batch. The best part is that you are allowed to sit in as many companies you are eligible for.

College organises Rock On in every 3 years. Other than that many events like Engineers day, pharmacist day, science day, and many other cultural events namely Umang of our college are organised. The college focuses not only on educational but also on spots opportunities for all the students.

The fee structure is totally feasible for many people. It is not as expensive as in other colleges. The facilities provided by the college completely justifies its fees amount. The fees can be easily afforded by a middle class family. But for some courses over here the fees can be said to be expensive as in many government collesges those courses are done at a very low cost. So overall fee structure is feasible.

The college provides flat 50% scholarship in tution fees for Jain students. The college also provides scholarships on the basis of marks achieved in their tenure. If a student achieves over 80% they are provided 10% scholarship.

The labs available here are really awesome. They are highly equipped with instruments and with alatest technology devices. There is an indoor sports complex, cricket ground and a football ground inside the campus. All the arenas are high class.

The hostel has different categories of rooms available in it. Different rates are applicable for different categories. The hostel is having full coverage wifi network and every room is provided with in room LAN connection. There are 3 TV rooms for the entertainment of students.

The seniors are very good. There is anti ragging policy in the college. No seniors are harsh to the juniors. They are always ready to help us out in difficult phases. They are just like elder brother to us. They never behave like seniors.

I called in the college on a contact no. given on the website. After that I fixed an appointment and then I visited the campus and verified my documents and finalised my admission over here in B.tech.

The faculty of my college is quite supportive. They never treat us like students instead they treat us like their friends. They are keen to teach us anything new they got to know. As I am a hosteler I can say they treat us as their own family.
