My Mid journey of my 3 years in DSEU pusa campus-1

The curriculum of this course covers a wide range of topics in *Electronics and communication engineering*, the university is revising it's curriculum to include more hands-on learning. Curriculum includes practical activities also for real-world application. The university have to improve instruments as many of them are defective or having errors. The frequency and timing of examination is good enough for preparation.

I don't know about internship opportunities like which companies offers which roles because it will come in mid of 4th sem and I am in 3rd sem so, i don't know about it properly. But yes companies offers internship programs in my campus.

Placements of my campus is good as it ranks 1 in placements from all of the DSEU colleges and on an average salary is about 2 to 3 lakhs per annum and companies like samsung, maruti suzuki, etc. Depends upon your courses come for placements and I think highest package is around 4 to 5 lakhs per annum at it's initial stage. The minimum CGPA we have to maintain around 75-80.my plans after getting diploma is I'll do B'tech from lateral entry.

I am in 2nd year when I took admission, I paid ?900 for CET and ?7,875 for my 1st year in each 1st and 2nd sem and in 2nd year I paid 8,500 for my each sem, no any other charges I paid, but now from this year onwards the fees increased and reached around 18,000 per sem and addition charges also like for ID card, examination fees etc. Scholarships are also offered on my campus of on an average 7k funded by state funded scholarship scheme, centrally sponsored scholarship schemes, etc for SC, ST, OBC categories

My overall experience is ok. The range and accessibility of booms and journals available in the library are good. The facilities and technical provisions are ok enough. The sports and extracurricular activities are ok in my campus like NSS and NCC one student is selected for parade on 26 january also from NSS and many students are selected from NCC.

At my time there was an entrance test conducted by university which is known as Common Entrance Test(CET) but now the admission is based on merit of class 10th. I took admission in DSEU pusa campus 1 because it ranks 1 from all of it's campuses and it's kind of near also from my house.

Faculty to student ratio is ok enough and faculty to student relationship is also good. The faculty is very approachable, students feel at ease asking questions Shivani Neb ma'am and Mayank Kumar sir because they teach very well as you take class and revise it only and you are ready to give exams, every faculty is good in my department except 1 or 2. On an average 5-6 exams depends up on your courses and semesters and they are moderate and everyone passes in those exams except 1 or 2 students who never come to attend any classes not giving exams and all like that. Curriculum is relevant enough.

There's no gym, cafeterias in my campus but one small canteen is there and library is also there which closes around 4 p.m. Campus timing is 8 a.m.-5 p.m. but it's upon you and your classes, when your classes are going to over because sometimes faculty is unable to take class due to some campus work.
