Good in providing placements but life is not easy at SRMS.

College is good in providing the placement to the intelligent and hard working students. But only negative point is the way of treating the students is not good by the faculties in the college. Faculties not only tortures the students mentally but sometimes physically also.

The course is good but not upto the latest technology level. And there is a certain issues related to the teaching process. Because they expect from students to make the projects and assignments on the topics that they have not studied yet and are going to study in upcoming semesters. Exam structure is difficult in internals because we are having our 2 or 3 exams in a day in Unit tests and mid semesters. The pre university exams are continuous without any preparation leave 6 exams in 6 days. But the external that are our university exams those are having good schedule.

Yes, the placements & job opportunities are good in our college. We are having the placement drives from the August only for the final year students. And they get a good opportunity during placements as many companies come to recruit the students. Our college calls different companies who come to guide us and if we are interested in doing internship in that company than we can.

All the important festivals are celebrated in our college. Also the sports fest and cultural fest is organised once a year. But the competition in the fest is not upto that mark because they don't invite any other college.

The fee structure according to me is good (1,05,000)but only the problem is with the bus fees that is mandatory for each and every student irrespective of his/her stop we have to pay equal amount of the bus fee(13,200)

Yes, we are having scholarships that are based on the percentage that you score in a year. All the students who score above 75% gets a scholarship. The minimum amount of scholarship is 20000 (for 75% to 80%) and 30000(for 80% to 86%) and if you score 86% or above the amount is (86000 for 86% , 89000 for 89% and so on)

Yes we are having the labs,sports, extracurricular activity that is organised once a week on Thursday in zero hour. We are having the basketball court, football ground,pool. But then also the day scholars are some times ristricted to play during the lunch hours and free lectures.

Yes, the alumni and all the seniors are helpful. When a alumni comes to college they share a lot about there experiences with us and also guides us and tells about there current job and the environment in the IT INDUSTRY.

I got the admission through management quota. Where i was asked about my 12th class PCM marks and other documents. Then the branch i wanted was confirmed. And then they told me about the fee structure and a amount of money was deposited as a security money there.

There is only few faculties who are experienced all other are the fresher and are not having that much capability to teach. And also the faculties are too rude at times they also threatens the students by saying that "internals are in their hands". But the experienced faculties are good and also guides us throughout the course.
