Life at Auro

The thing which motivated me to take this course is its tie up with IBM which provided us with real life working also we worked on major projects which were parallel to industry level so it gave us a proper view and agenda of how and what our industry is. The exams here are moderate and frequency of the exams are also ok ok the midterms are taken after 1 or 1.5 month of course starting and the finals are taken probably in 4 months. The curriculum here is well structed for us which alings properly with everything also provinding equal theory and practical ratio

The internship opportunities here are very well. The companies which provided internship are gatisofttech with a stipend of 5000 and build macro with a stipend of 12000 also there are mamy other companies which provided stipend between 5000 to 12000. The projects which we get are to be shown to faculties at the end for evaluation and projects are very big and major so we get an experience to work with professionals

The students are eligible for campus interview during their last semester where they can opt for only internship or internship + job offer. Also many companies visitied us during the placement drive like gatisofttechnology, inside info tech, omniverse life, build macro, alpha bin technologies and eigo pathshala the highest package was offered by eigo pathshala for 7 lpa and the average packages were of 4 to 4.5 lpa. My plans after completing my degree is to pursue my masters in the same field

The yearly fee that i pay is 195000 being 97500 per semester. Since our university had a tie up with IBM so there was extra 15000 fee for that. Also university provides aids for student who aren't Financially stable and for students who have excelled in merit. The fees for other branches in my university are for BBA it is 105000 and for Hospitality Management it is 11500. The admission fee was 2000 and else there are no lab fees or other fees since eveything is included in our overall fees.

The festivals held here are uttarayan during the month of January valentines day in February and in the month of march or april we have bandish our annual event. We also celebrate navratri here and diwali. Many festivals here are celebrated with lots of enjoyment apart from it there many clubs here that is the cultural club, the nss, the movie club , and the career development cell. I am a head student coordinator of cdc where my work is to engage in getting companies for internship and placement drive. Overall there many opportunities for us to grow socially. We have here 2 libraries one is the center that is main library for all students and one is specially for law students. Students can get amy book they want by showing there college id and also we have an e library. The sports are held here like volleyball match, football and cricket tournaments also we have festival of learing for every new batch where we have auros got talent where students show there talent

The other college i wanted to go was sardar vallabhbhai national institute of technology but couldn't make it due to difference in its cutoff and my marks also the admission process in my university was very smooth. I first filled the form and then i was called for an interview which was taken by our head of department and after which my admission was confirmed but i had already took the provisional seat and also the criteria here is you need 50 percent marks in your 12th and there are no entrance exams in my university

The faculty to students ratio is different for every class for my class it was 1 faculty for 70 students. Since the faculty cannot pay attention to each and every students the students who are interested in learning have to directly approach them also the faculties were approachable and would solve our queries anytime we would go. Our every faculty dr papri mam, dr sunil kumar, dr juhi ghai, akhilesh latoria sir, dhaval thakre sir , rajiv kataria sir all are very helpful to us

Since i am not a hostler i dont know much about it but our university gates closes by 10 pm and after it no one is allowed to roam around on campus also if anyone wants to roam out they have to submit an application first. My university is located at a place where one side is village and other side is indsutrial area so there sre not much places to hang around university. We have gym here which is open to everyone from 3pm to 7pm. The campus mostly gets empty by 5.30 or 6 and faculties also leave by that time
