A Honest College Review Of CSVTU Bhilai (C.G)

As a student in the CSE (AI) program, I would rate the course curriculum as highly relevant and comprehensive, and from the starting i made my decision to go on in this field. I suggest to improve in the real world practical application and project building approaches by faculty members. The frequency and timing of exams is very fast in our university, as result the time for preparing for exam is very less for exams

College offers internship opportunities to students as there's many tech companies visits in college like Netra Foundation, Creda, along with many IIT's. Like IIIT Raipur, IIT Jammu, NIT Raipur, and many more. There's several projects on implementation of machine learning, nureal networking. Many of our seniors complete their internship in reputed institute of the country.

The yearly wise a student will be paying approx 101500 rs. (50700 per semester) The fee structure for 1 sem is 54,500 and then from 2 to 7 sem the fee structure is 50,700 rs. There is benefit of scholarship for students whom are aligible by fulfilling the condition. The student under SC/ST reservation will can take benefit of scholarship, as if they can take upto 100600 rs as yearly scholarship. The scholarship ammount for OBC cast reservation is arround 96000 rs.

There are many hackathons and tech fest held at our university. Generally in winters season many activities are done. The accessibility of books are slightly smooth but the range of books in library are not so much. All the classroom of University are smart class room with digital screen and projector. There's many student run clubs in university like coding club, audio-video club, robotics club etc.

I applied for BIT durg, and rungta college bhilai in which in rungta college i get confirmed addmission, but i prefer this collage over rungta, as if it has better campus and also because it is a government University that's why i made decision to get addmission in current collage. In CSVTU addmission will be done on the besis of merit, students who gave JEE Mains, or CGPET Exam and paas the minimum cutoff will be aligible for addmission in this collage. The cutoff is lies between 55 to 70%

The faculty to students ratio is arround 1:10, and if we talk about faculty members, they are very approachable and active towards any students queries regarding any of topic. Mr. Dushyant yadav sir who is our Engeneering mathematics professor, whom i liked the most because, he is very kind towards the student and the teaching style of sir is very engaging. Next the faculty whom i didn't like that much is our HOD of AI department Dr. J.P Patra sir, I don't complain about there's teaching style but in my opinion sir is not that much kind and supportive towards students, its my personal opinion but yes... There are 2 Class test in each semester in gap of 2 months and then the end semester examination. The exam pattern of our university is not that much easy it would be sometimes very tough. Approximately 25% of students failed to clear the exam

There's no facility of gym in collage campus, there's 2-3 canteen areas in campus for each of buildings. Outside the college there's not many places for hang-in-out but one of the best dam veiw it has for seeking amazing sunset and BSP plant view. The environment is very safe form collage to room at night.
