I recently took admission at Swami Vivekanand Ayurvedic Medical College, Shrigonda.Yearly fees are 199000 for general category,108710 for OBC category.Maha DBT scholership is available for students .also Panjabrao Deshmukh Scholership for hostel is available.

There are sufficient books and journals available in our library.In April every year our college functions are arranged. Each and every classrooms is well managed with blackboards, Projector and many more

Hostel Facilities

We have Housekeeping staff for cleaning rooms, geysers for hot water , filter water for drinking also available.Hostel is compulsory so no need to rent rooms or pg. Meal quality is purely health and good at our mess.

I choose this college because of experienced staff. Peaceful and fresh College Environment. Helpful management. Admission are taken through Cap rounds on the basis of NEET score.this year cutoff is about 400 till cap 3.

Faculty in this college are really great and helping. All of faculty members are supporting. There are too many Periodic and Practice exams are arranged in college Personally I like all of the staff. Afterall all staff are great

Night Life

My college hostel is about 5km away from college in Shrigonda city.9pm is time for boys and 7pm is time for girls.locality is safe to night roaming. Gym,Cafe , library are near to hostel. Campus Time is from 10 am to 5pm

Good for those students who are looking for more like a clinical exposure towards our medical field.

Course Curriculum Overview:

BHMS is course where we can treat a patient without any harmful side effects on them and as our medicine are harmless it can never affect negatively to a human body . We consider physical, mental, emotional all the aspects of the discomfort or disease which gives a chance to cure them permanently. CBDC curriculum is best as far , our college also follows that , it's best because it is well distributed in the terms of theory as well as clinical experiences or studies where we not only study the topics but also discuss it with friends and apply it in our daily lives for better understanding. Our faculties are themselves great physicians who guide us every single thing like how to communicate with patients how to behave with them how to listen them without judging them. It really makes us train for our future exposure as a doctors.

BHMS college satara - expectations vs reality

Course Curriculum Overview:

Exam difficulty level is moderate to hard only 60 to 65 percent sfudents clear exam each year.The improvements in teaching methid should be the faculties are well qualified but they lack to convey there knowledge to studnets because there approach is more theory oriented instead they should teach students with practical case stdudies of opd or admitted patients, also in comparison of syllabus number of faculties are less. Attitude of some teachers is bit arrogant they.

Our curriculum is CBDC which is competency based dynamic curriculum. Here we get to learn not only in therotical but also in practical manner .we have our laboratory where we perform various experiments, dissection and many more things.the exams are taken on weekly and monthly bases which are moderate but the theory exam are slightly difficult

I wanted to became no matter what as I failed to get admission i choose this course that's BHMS but the fact is it's the same as mbbs but only the medicine part thats pharmacy is different and we can practice both the medicine after getting the degree so thia is the reason why I choose this.The medical course in itself is the social work you get to know how grateful you are to do everything on your own it helps you to how to calm the patients and their family.The timing of the exams are from 2pm-5m which is of total 3 hours.The exams are difficult but you can pass if you study properly

I chose this college over other 2 because this fill my requirement like the college should be old experienced and with good patients flow for practical experience. Admission is done by CET cell website registration through neet UG exam if we have required marks we get allotment to that college then we have to go college with all required documents and DD of college fees .
