The college and along with the administration is very supportive and help students to the best of their ability. The institution aims at providing the best facilities to its students an help them in pursuing their interests.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is divided into 8 semesters in total which have a duration of 5 months per semester. Each semester has about three internal assessments. The average of these assessments are taken and added up to the marks scored in the external examination.every semester has 6 subjects and 2 labs
Placement Experience
Placements and job opportunities have never been a problem in our college. Every year around 40 reputed companies carry out recruitment process in the campus.The placement officers makes sure that the students get to seek the job that they aspire to the up. Also the college provide internship inside the campus.
College Events
The college carries out various events throughout the year. The years first event starts with the program milange which is a welcome to the freshers continued by a state level intercollegiate fest called sentia. Various colleges from across the state participate in this event.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Since the college provides admission based on ranks ,the fee is alloted by the board and thus is feasible. Although students who opt to take admission through management have a little more admission fees than the admission provided based on ranks.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are various agencies that provide scholarships facilities to students that have cleared the criteria or based on the merit list. One of these schemes is the vidyasiri scholarship which I had recieved my scholarship from. This scholarships like this help students to receive concession on their college fees and along help out on expenditure.
Campus Life
The college supports various opportunities in sports and other activities permissions us to participate in various cultural fest and sport events held at various colleges. The labs in the college are of state of art infrastructure and are helpful in gaining practical knowledge to the best of our ability.
Hostel Facilities
I have opted for hostel since my college is far from my place of living. The hostel has a very good infrastructure and has been provided with various facilities for living. Also it has a mess facility inside which solves the problem of food and expenditure.
Alumni/Alumna
The college arranged various programmes for interaction between current students and alumnus from the institution. This helps the students to recieve a little knowledge on how the industries expect from the graduates and thus help us prepare for the future.
Admission
Ranks are alloted to the students who take up the state level common entrance test. And based on these ranks students are given an opportunity to choose a college of their liking and if at all they clear the criteria place by the specific college, the the students receive allowed to apply from admission. And thus I got into this college based on my ranks and priority.
Faculty
The faculty in our college are a group of enthusiasts who are determined in teaching students and carry out their responsibilities trying to the best of their ability to provide knowledge to the students.
