I like the classroom much because we get connected with friends from different states and districts
I like the compound too its very large there is a field for cricket,football and many more where we spent most of our times

Course Curriculum Overview

Exams is conducted for three hours which is quite enough for any student to complete it within time.The level of difficulty depend on each person or student.The notes are given to us properly if we just have a look or take a little time in understanding the syllabus then i would say that anyone could clear the exam easily.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are lots of internship opportunities available in out college especially for the students with computer science.But for a student persuing Bachelor degree in arts i dont think that there is any internship available and im not sure about that.

Fees and Financial Aid

I completed my degree in Bachelor of Arts in political science from gauhati university,the fees for 3 years cost me just around 19000rs only,my exeperience in the university is very excellent.The proffesors are very friendly.

Campus Life

I have a very amazing experience in campus.The playground is awesome as i m very much into sports its a very amazing time for in that college.The college use to hold programs like freshers meet,concert and many more.

Admission

I applied in many private colleges,but i got a chance to take admission in (g.u).The admission process depend on our 12 marks percentage which we can know that its a merit system.Its not that quite difficult to get admission in g.u.

Faculty

There are all together 6 exam apart from the test and practical...many student can clear the exam easily without giving most of the times if one listen properly to the lecture given to us in the classroom

Night Life

The life at in night in the campus is awesome where we can walk around the campus getting some fresh air as it is sorround with lots of trees which make our mind very stressless and free.The caferia is clean and food is very reasonable.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The institution provides a vast syllabus prescribed according to the courses . I did hons in english so in my field I had to study a vast syllabus ranging from ancient greek and roman literature to modern dramas The English course consists of poems, dramas, novels, novellas and many other. The course or syllabus is varies with different stage of semester or year In the first semester we had study the follows Greek literature and epic Roman literature Early indian literature In the second semester Roman literature Indian literature In the third semester Popular literature British literature American literature ....... The proficiency of students is checked in the exams where in the first sessional the level of questions remain easy Moderate to difficult in the second sessional and increases the level of difficulty with the progression of semesters If I will talk about the pros of the course It gives an insight of to the vastness of the world of literature which helps the students in different fields. It gives an opportunity to study different stories written by different writers from different countries and helps in to learn the culture, language, society, polity and the history of a particular period of literature movement. It also helps the students to think critically and creatively to utilise it in the real life scenarios. There are also some cons of this course It's vastness can sometimes make students burnt out completely due to the vastness of the course and the limited time frame where you have to cover everything from poems, novels with 300 pages to seminars , internships

Our course is a new one called "Five Years Integrated Masters Program", shortly FYIMP. Also our curriculum is based on our capacity and needs. They are perfect. Not so difficult. Teaching methods are also great.

Placement Experience:

Course Curriculum Overview:

Teachers should be cut slack to maintain their mental health. They are not provided enough rest. The exam schedule are not at all managed properly. It is quite hectic and students fail to cope up with it
