Excellent college. Ranks among top 5 in country. The location is very beautiful. However jamshedpur is a little offbeat location as it is a non metro city but all the facilities are available in the city.

PGD in Human Resource Management at XLRI is considered best in Asia. The course is divided into six trimesters. It is considered to be one of the most rigorous courses in the country after IIM Ahemadabad.

Admission
First you have tilo fill separate forms for an aptitude test called XAT and the institute. Based on the past scores and the XAT score, the institute releases cut off for the GD PI process. Then a single process happens including written ability test, GD and interview. Post that merit list is formed for admissions.

Best in class. Almost all of the professors are world renowned. All The professors are experts in their field with most of them having books and other publications on their name. The collge also have a pool of guest lecturers.
