Likes
- The infrastructure is not bad. Not as good as some of the other top colleges but it's nothing to complain about
- The staff are very friendly, they are cooperative and fairly reasonable
- The student body mainly consists of people from rural origin so make of that as you will.
Dislikes
- The management absolutly sucks, They make you walk kilometers just to get a single document.
- The placements are a joke, there are no internship oppurtunities
- And trying to get copies or original of your marks card is a huge pain in the rear as the self loathing staff will make you beg for it.
Course Curriculum Overview
They follow the VTU alloted syllabus, but as you might knnow collges can choose the course they wanna provide the students There were sometimes that I questioned the relevance of the subjects I'm being taught but they also choose highly relevent tech according to today's trends
Placement Experience
The placements are very abysmal I don't have any hopes for this college in that department Altough the staff being so friendly there are some opputunity majority of the students will get some shitty oppurtunities but if you suck up to the teachers be a model student and are an active participant in the events, the staff will try to get you some better oppurtunities
Fees and Financial Aid
So through CET, it's 1 lakh 10 thousand per year But if yo go thorugh management it depends like when you do the admission if you do it wayyyy before your cet results are out they charge around 1.5 lakh per year but as you delay your admission they take it that your'e desperate and try to charge you higher prices i've see it go upto 3.5 lakh for the first year
Campus Life
The campus life is nice The teachers are nice, seniors are friendly There is no ragging or bullying atleast to me The events aren't as flashy as you might've seeen in other colleges But it isn't half bad All in all I've seen and have been part of many a events and I've loved every part of it
Admission
I applied for a variety of colleges but As my CET score was low this was the college I got But the location of this college is fairly close to my house and it's urban as well unlike other colleges which are situated on the outskirts of the city SAIT is in Jalahalli EAST so it's very close to the main city
Faculty
I am in the ISE department so I can only revierw that. Let's start with our HOD Dr. Latha She's extremly knowlegable, fairly friendly and reasonable She can be a bit strict at some times but that's to be expected of her position The other teaching staff consists of both experienced and non-experienced staff They are very frindly and comopetent no complaints there
Night Life
There are some nice cafes around the college There's tea bell which provides snaks like sandwiches at a affordable rate There are loads of biriyani points, like wayy to many to count We are close to yelahanka so there are some nice dhopping points as well there's Sambhram hills if you like nature We are very close to resto bars like bella ciao and such so that's a plus
