Good college

The college management needs to be more productive. They bug you about the silliest things, especially attendance. Attendance is 75% mandatory although it needs to be 50% in reality even if you have 70% attendance they would send text, mails, e-mails to somehow inform the parents every month which is pesty

The course is very good, and the curriculum is very same as the top colleges like IITs and iiits which is obviously good, definitely, there is a margin to change which is always present in any system and these are happening in a programmed manner. The exam has mainly 2 parts, 1. Internal exams, 2. Annual exams, the internal exam is complete in college itself just the papers are made at the university level, and then the external exams or annual exams for which students have to go at allocated centers.

Yes college provide internships in the 3rd year of the course being the 2nd year student I haven't experienced it yet, but yeah as heard by the seniors the internships are very good and the got a lot of experience from those internships but not sure about the stipend. Placement cell is one of the most active groups of our college and director of placement is always trying to get the most companies in the campus and the average package is about 3.75Lpa, mostly students get their job in campus and those who want to choose other things like higher studies to go for that.

There are a lot of events happening all the year in the college , it starts with our technical fest namely Avensis and one more fest take place simultaneously named as Enva, after these there is Genesis our cultural fest, a sports meet happens before Avensis and then there are few events like talks, seminars and others which are driven by the societies(student) of our college.

Well, I haven't availed anything but yeah college provide scholarships to the meritorious students on the basis of their marks, as I know it's on the basis of the marks obtained and the annual income of the family.

Annual tech fest: AVENSIS Annual cultural fest: GENESIS other than this IEEE MSIT organizes various workshops and special events throughout the year and there is a sports team for volleyball, cricket, and kabaddi. Other societies such as Quiz society and MUTANTS(any talent you have)are also there.

Alumni are the most important thing for a college student, we usually contact our alumni on social media being facebook of LinkedIn and they are also eager to help us and guide us , proper alumni community or group is absent in the college but if you are able to find them then they are the most helpful peeps around.

Through entrance exam of GGSIPU.IP university entrance exam after that there is a counselling as per university guidelines and I was offered this college. It is better than other colleges of IPU except for MAIT but MAIT was too far from my house. MSIT is also close to the metro station and a great place to hang out with friends. The placement opportunities are better than most of IPU's colleges. It is a well-reputed college of GGSIPU.

The faculties are highly educated, and most of them are available for us whenever we need them, the experience of listening to them is good for most of the time and they seems to be seeking chances to help us.
