College experience

My experience with Maheshwari college was good. I liked the faculty here very much. They are kind hearted & take care of the students whenever we need. Also the working staff is also helpful as they provide tips of how to behave with the faculty. The head of the college is also very humble & frank to the students. He took care of students career as well.

There was an option of selecting a specialisation in the course which I chose. So the faculty there guided me well about which specialisation to choose according to my profile. There used to be semester system, but under the revised structure it has been changed to yearly exams

The college does not provide internship but it asks to do the same on your own. It was cumpolsary for me during the last semester & as I am a CA student the freedom of choosing internships was in our hands. Which went smooth as the CA articleship firm provides for the same without any hassle.

The major events include sports day, major festival celebrations, fresher's, farewell. Major festivals include holi, dashehra, diwali, lohdi, gudi padwa etc. There is also an annual function where the talented ones get a platform to perform.

The fee structure for my course was quite cheap. According to the infrastructure available to us & the facilities provided as well the fee structure is completely feasible. There is no complaints regarding fees structure just the additional charges should have been included in those fees so that the students don't have to bring extra currency each time visiting the office.

There are scholarships available for students who are meritorious & also for those who need it. Specially the backward category & the poors. Also the centre run scholarships are also accepted here. The faculty here provides information about the same & guides us too.

There are sports events held once in a year where the faculty motivates us to participate in more of the events & the events in which we have interest in. Also the faculties also gets involved in the same.

There is a networ of senior & alumnus with the college which can be contacted when we need. They are helpful in various scenarios as we need help in the assignments, project works, internships etc. The alumni available to me was quite helpful. There were no clash of views with alumni.

The faculty conducts the interview there, where they ask about your academics & they also counsel about your preferences in career options. The interview process is easy & the faculty is supportive. They handle the stress of students carefully.

The faculty in my college is knowledgeable as well as sensible towards students. They cared about small details for students & help us improve where we lack in academics as well as in life. Also making us aware about the future aspects of life.
