All about loyola

The syllabus of the course are well selected and the staffs are also well educated. More of pratical experience during the classes would give better understanding. Some teachers teach subjects only through their mouth and not by using board. The exams are well structured to assess the learning process of the students.

Many companies like wipro, cognizant etc.. offers internship opportunities for the students and also some non established companies offer opportunities. The students are asked to do internship in their final year for one month to have an experience of the real world and also awarded mark for that.

From the 5th semester the placement starts for the students. Many well known companys like the big 4, tcs, mahindra, axis etc.. visits the college. The highest package for a b.com student would be 7 lakhs per annum. Mostly 60-70% of students get placed. I have planned to work after degree.

The year wise fees is about 23000. The tution fees is included with the yearly fees and also because of tamilnadu government gives support to the college the fees is very less for the morning shift. Every batchmate of mine pays the same amount than the attendence defaulters. There are scholarship for merit cum need students.

Ovations is the name of the annual festival and many other events are conducted within the departments and also other colleges visit here to participate in the events. The library has a whole variety of books and are well accessible. The classes are equipped with projectors and speakers. The sports also conducted. Many clubs are there for students to participate.

I have applied to MCC Chennai and Loyola and also to National institute of fashion technology. Once I got admission from Loyola I joined here because of the legacy it holds. The admission process begins by verifying our documents and other relevant things which we send when the open the portal for admission. Once selected they will ask you to pay the fee and you will be asked to submit the documents physically.

The faculties are well enough to handle the students. They are also too friendly. Arulsuresh a faculty from Loyola is one of the best.We may not like some of the faculties because of their behaviour due to sincerity but we can't hate them.

The college has Play grounds for different types of sports. It has football, cricket, hockey, basketball, volleyball etc.. Gym is also available. Hostel timings are till 7 in the evening and free nights are also given.
