Remarks
The college is good in studies but I think extra curricular activities should be improved. More sports such as basketball and indoor sports also should be brought in the college. The parking space should be increased seeing in the increasing number of students every year.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum for B.Com is very simplified but provides knowledge of various fields. The exam is structure is such that each semester consists of 2 unit tests and a final exam at the semester end. And there are assignments for all the subjects which can fetch you bonus marks
Placement Experience
The placements are quite good in the college with reputed companies such as Google, Wipro, HCL, SIDBI, etc coming for recruitment. The package is also attractive and impressive accordingly. Talking about internships, there aren't many options in this college.
College Events
There are many events celebrated in the college such as sports day, annual day, and other cultural and dance events on regular basis. Debates, quiz's, conferences, are also quite popular and witnesses huge student participation
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is very feasible. Every course is subdivided into a 'regular' and 'self-finance' scheme. The fees for self finance scheme under any course is very feasible considering the value they deliver. The fees under 'regular' scheme under any course is 1/4th the fees of self-finance course.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college has a scholarship facility for students of SC/ST/OBC. The students belonging to the specified categories have to fill in a form and submit with all the relevant documents in the college within the specified time. If approved, the scholarship amount is credited directly to the account.
Campus Life
Sports activities are not very much popular. However sporting events such as football and cricket are played with a lot of excitement. The college conducts Deen Dayal Upadhayay Cricket Tournament every year.
Alumni/Alumna
The senior students are also very helpful to their juniors in provide assistance in every possible way on every matter. The also help by providing notes to the juniors which prove to be very helpful during the exams.
Admission
I wrote an entrance exam which is very simple, everything from the class 12th syllabus. The results get declared and you get a specific rank on the basis of which you are called for admission. Once you receive a call, you have to visit the college on the day specified with original documents such as mark sheet, character certificate, etc. If everything's all right you get the admission and can pay the fees in the following few days.
Faculty
The faculty is very knowledgeable and experienced, kind to students and helpful all the time. They are strict(which they should be) but very caring towards the students. They get your doubts cleared at all times.
