Remarks
Positive -Semi Govt college, so more value and more exposure to patients. Negative - Not given enough funding for sports, events , etc
Placement Experience
No placements in MBBS But we do have a cumplsary internship of 1 yr with 10,000rs stiped, Which is very less compared to the amount of work we do The night duties, 24hr duties and all, it doesn’t pay off
College Events
Some of the events are good But some are really bad We hv no support from managment regarding expenses, it is expected to collect all funds from sponsorship, so we are not able to celebrate most of the events
Fee Structure And Facilities
Expensive, 3lakhs / year for a normal quota And 10,000USD/ year for NRI quota I would consider this as pretty expensive for a middle class person.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don’t know anything about scholarships or loan From what I know scholarship is not available in our MBBS courses Gujarat govt is providing loan for this courses for poor students or Below poverty line people
Campus Life
Good labs, good sports Extracurricular activities are also ok ok Govt is not spending enough on good grounds and all We hv to manage everything by ourselves I remember in our second year we had to make a badminton court by oursleves as college had no ground
Alumni/Alumna
No official alumini network Students stay in touch by themselves on their own whatsapp group Though our college is not that much old It has been running for just 8-9 years So I don’t think there can be an alumini group or something.
Admission
Completed my 12th std, 40% was counted of 12th board Had my GUJCET exam, 60% was counted from there Merit was made Centralized counselling was done Gujarat merit was made, seprate merit was made of OBC, SC, ST
