My course syllabus and the way it is structured
the faculty are amazing and they teach really well

Course Curriculum Overview

Actually the course are a bit continuos as we have 5-6 working days in a week and no free periods but still we have a good overall timetable maybe we could have some breathing space but still i think my course is well strucured

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 600000 per year

Placement Experience

from 5th sem students are eligible for campus placements the companies:google,microsoft,amazon,tcs,wipro,ibm,etc highest package : 56 lpa lowest package : 6 lpa average package : 10 lpa 90% of the students get placed

Fees and Financial Aid

I am paying a yearly fees of 6 lakhs, there are 3 scholarship type seats and a non-scholarship category reserved for students coming through jee percentile registration fees would be from INR 5000- INR 10000 Caution fees is 10000

Campus Life

names of fest: Anokha, inter campus sports meet , Aaravam, Gokulastami,etc All types of books and ebooks are available in our library all sports are available and the grounds are so massive classrooms are equipped with systems and projecter and screen many clubs are there

Hostel Facilities

my room is a 4 sharing room , we have wifi and our furnitures are exceptionally great my hostel food is above average but still not very bad registering is not a big deal it is part of the college registration

Admission

I applied to vit and got a cse seat in vit chennai but still chose amrita as it is the main campus of amrita unlike chennai which is a secondary campus or off campus of vellore and amrita's course was well stuctured

Faculty

My Faculties are among the best tutors i have met , my course is structured by Mr KP SOMAN the dean of my ai dept and it is really well structured we don't have end sem exams instead we have end sem projects which gives us the experience we need

Night Life

night time limit for 1st yr boys are 9 pm so we are not allowed out after 9pm gyms are equipped with state of the art equipments canteens are really good we have 3 main canteens and all blocks have cafetarias

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

Amrita and its Dubbing voice

I applied for vit, snu, cuet examination. I couldnt get vit because of high rank, in cuet exam i got seat at pondicherry university. but still chose amrita for its reputation, infrastructure, and curriculum. first you should attend an entrance examination called AEEE escpecially for amrita vishwa vidhyapeetham, which has 2 phases. after both phases you get placed in a ranking system. for each range of ranks each department holds a rank exceptancy of the entrance participants. other than AEEE you can also get throw using JEE marks...Read More

A decent university

I applied to many colleges like Thapar College, Manipal College, VIT, and LPU and others. I got selected from many colleges, but I chose this college because of its ranking as it ranked 4th best university and 1st in the best private university. This was the only reason for the selection. Now it is also the 7th best university in india and 2nd in private universities. I only got rejected from the Manipal College of Engineering, and they didn't mention the reason for the rejection, but I assume the entrance exam was not so good for me. I rejected other colleges because I find Amrita University better than others. There are many ways to get admission, like from JEE mains or advanced and Amrita's own exam, AEEE.
