This course will help you build certain skills like:- Communication Skill Personality Development Customer Handling Knowledge in various areas such as:- Food production - learn about several cuisines around the world with recipes as well as making process. Food and beverage - learn about services of foods in large 5 star restaurant and its ethics Housekeeping - learn about ways of cleaning and upkeep of a place with several equipments as well as cleaning agents. Front office - learn about front desk customer Handling and its etiquettes. Also some extra subjects are for general understanding like basic Accounts, Food Nutrients, Engineering and maintenance.

Every year Food fests happen where all the culture program happens with all different types of cuisines also made. We also celebrated other religious festives like Ganesh chaturthi, Onam & Pongal(which is local festive). We also participated in many government initiative like Swachha bharat Abhiyan, Paryatan Parv organised by our college. Campus has badminton court, cricket & football playground, basket ball court as well.

Hostel rooms were decent not much facilities but necessary things was there like - fan bulb bed, cupboard, table, chairs, water coolers on every floor. Mess food was ok not so delicious but not bad. Hostel fees was 60k per year which will be allotted at the time of Course admission.

First of all for getting admission into this college you have to give NCHM-JEE entrance exam conducted pan india. After that counselling happens were the college will be allotted according to your AIR and college's rank. I got this college in 3rd and final round as previously i was choosing for more better ranked college like IHM Pusa, New Delhi or IHM kolkata but couldn't got due to ranking sytems of JEE.

Faculties were good at tutoring specially in practical classes where they pay attention to each and every individuals. Best faculty was Mathews Chef due to his knowledge as well as able to teach students There are 1 mid term in each semester and then there is final exam after completion of each Semester. Also you have to give IGNOU exams also after each year as the university degree is provided my IGNOU.

For NCHM JEE entrance exam you have to prepare for basic maths, general knowledge English and aptitude. It will be MCQ based exam conducted pen paper based as well as computer based. There is not GD round or interview as such.

Night life is bit restrictive during 1st and 2nd year as there was certain timings of hostels in and out, for 1st year - 6.30pm max; 2nd year - 7.30pm max and for 3rd years - 8.30pm max. You can out on special permissions from warden. Locality was good with all necessary things available around 2km only outside Campus. College also has canteen as well as Library for student hangouts.
