My college life

Electrical engineering is very demanding course which has lots of opportunities. It has both government and private job. Our curriculum is based on new education policy so it prepares me for real world challenges. College provides me internship which enhances my industry knowledge. Unnecessary courses should be removed so that student focuses completely on the core subject. Minor exam conducted twice per semester one hour per subject and major exam is conducted once per semester 50 marks per subject.

Some startups provides internships to our students, they are either paid or unpaid. Student do so to gain experience. They provide tasks to students for example if a company come for developer role then it checks student's frontend and backend knowledge through tasks and provide ppos after that

After fifth semester, students become eligible for internship. They become eligible for placement in final year.companies like TCS, wipro, infosys, IBM visit for tech sector, for core branches, Aditya Birla group, mahindra, torrent gas, siemen visit in the campus. In 2021, 990 offers were made. Highest package of college is 52lpa and average is 7lpa. 95% students got placement from tech branches and 70 to 80% got placement from core branches. The fee structure at Madan Mohan University is annual and divided into many categories. The tuition fees for general management admission are ?1,00,000, and there is also a caution fee of ?10,000 which is refundable. Accommodation in the hostel costs ?5,000 only for the first year and then 24000 every year, while mess charges are ?18000. Other mandatory charges includes registration, admission, development charges, and lab charge that varies according to course and program taken. Reserved category students, SC/ST and OBC, get reduced tuition fees or scholarships. The UP Government Scholarship is available for economically weaker students; the tuition fees are paid fully or partially according to eligibility. Merit-cum-need scholarship is provided to outstanding students with financial problems, up to a specified amount annually. Batchmates from reserved categories generally pay less fees, and specific scholarships offset the tuition, hostel, and mess costs. These financial aids aim to make education accessible to all students.

The name of annual cultural fest is abhyudaya and the name of annual tech fest is Techsrijan.They held in months of January February. Aayas is the annual sports fest.The college has vast central library which consists books of every subjects. For first year students there is AC classroom with smart board which helps a lot in their learning journey. There are so many societies and clubs like E-cell, Social engineer board, NSS,NCC, musical society, singing society which make every moment special.

Mmmut is top state government college of Uttar Pradesh, which offers great education at low fees. The curriculum is based upon latest new education policy which make students job ready.I got NITs with branch like civil, mechanical but I have keen interest in circuit branch so I choose this college over other colleges. Mmmut takes admission through jee mains rank, it requires 60 percent in 12th class, for general. Cutoff is high for CSE, IT and ECE, Approx 93-96 percentile. Electrical branch one can get at 85 to 92 percentile for general category.

There are enough facilities in every department. Faculties are very much cooperative. They always support students. The faculty I liked most is VK Giri sir. He is so much friendly with students and always work in favour of students.Other best faculties are Rohit Kumar Tiwari sir, BK Pandey sir. I don't like guest faculties because they don't have enough knowledge was comparison with permanent faculty.For first year college conduct one minor and one major exam. For second to fourth year college conduct two minor and one major exam every semester.Most of the students pass the exam. Course curriculum is very much relevant because it based on new education policy.

No there is no any group discussion round for admission. Admission is done on basis of jee mains rank. Branches are alloted according to the rank. Group discussion and interview is conducted during placement

Favourite hangout place is CSA ground. It has gym also. College has canteen, cafeteria and stationary also for students. For first year hostel in time is 5:00 pm. Later on there is no restriction for in time in hostel. Campus in timing is 10:00 pm. It is safe to roam on roads of campus which makes mine relax and helps to focus on studies
