Course Curriculum Overview
I choose course because I wanted to work in medical field.i prepare curriculum very well and my clinical practice is excellent and I will think for further academic pursuits.i feel attendance is a very big problem which must be about 70 percent or less.and teaching methods improvement is that teacher should give relaxation in assignment.timing between exams is good enought and exams are conducted well
Fees and Financial Aid
I pay 19900 yearly fee of BSC nursing.there is 15000 tutionfee in OBC catagory of BSC nursing and sum of registration fees, admission fees, development fees,lab fees and other compulsory charges is 34600.General category fees of my Batchmate is 40600.there is scholarship facilities for students about 10000 more than actual fees of college with total fees reimbursement.
Campus Life
In my college Rhapsody is organised by mbbs students in month of October mostly every year.library facilities is very good having vast range of books and nearly 5cr spent every year on library only.class room is well equipped with mic sound system and projector etc but when it some technical issues occurred repairing time is not good from college technical team .they repair very late I don't know why! sports activities and extracurricular is well.sports week is held by college in which every department in which one week is dedicated to sports.no any student run any social group
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is good. there is one chair of every student and one table for each room with two fans in each room, electricity facility is very good. In hostel there is two mess in boys hostel and for girls also in theirs hostel.i can review boys mess which is decent in providing food because mess are private here in all kgmu campus.hostel registration process is easy because here hostel facility is available for every student for mbbs,bss and nursing students and paramedical students do not get hostel.i have not rented any room because my college provides hostel for every students
Admission
I gave exam of BSC nursing conducted by abvmu in 2022 and I got good marks there so I got admission in college allotment.i choose this college over others college because this is one of the famed university in uttar Pradesh and medical practices are very good here.i did not get any rejection from any college.my college admission process is through cnet test which is conducted in month of May- june.eligibity is 12th pass with 50 percent and above marks.overall experience of of admission process was good.
Faculty
Faculty to students ratio is 1:11.student to faculty ratio is good to some aspects some teachers have ego problem which on later aspects have to pay to students which is very bad regarding education system.there is 8 semester in nursing and 7 semester exams.some students fail and some get pass according to study.course curriculum is made by INC so I don't know whether it is relevant or not!
Night Life
I enjoy Rhapsody well well that is memorable day for me.there is gym in mbbs hostel and so many cafeteria in which two are very famous named 1905 canteer and mohini canteen and there is central library for all department students.there are Hostel for girls and boys seperate with different names dedicated to many persons like nehru pg and mahamaya girls hostel etc.hostel closes from 10 pm to 6 am for girls.there is Saraswati mandir in centre of my college which is eye catching and famous hangout for us because there is large ground and blooms flowers.
