What Students Say

Likes

I really like the campus and infrastructure.
The computer labs works completely fine and are amazing.
other facilities like security, drinking water and all other are good.

Dislikes

The most hated thing is the staff , they do not respond correctly, all the staff members are in a different attitude, and when we reach them with queries they just ask us to leave.
The people around, some people are engaged in many illigeal activities and pure evil.
the shut down the food court which gave low priced and high quantity food and they kept the luxury restaurants and food courts opened. Also the food is expensive and the quantity is very low.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum course is very good and it is planned very well but themain problem comes when the subjects gets boring due to faculty as faculty are never in a mood to teach. The curriculum course are as per the government guidence and asper current market aspect.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 79000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly the fees for diploma in PIETDS in cse is 79000 including all the otheer fees and if you vaial bus services then you have to pay 22000 extra for bus fees. Also they provide scholarships too but as per my personal experience the staff was not ready to help with scholarship or to feel scholarship forms.

Campus Life

as per socail aspects the students here are mostly notinterested in studies and all rich and they always try to show thier life to others and make poeple feel jealous. The poeple are very mean and finding a true and good classmate is like find needle in haystack

Admission

Chosing Parul university for my diploma was never my choice. I had applide in MSU Polytechnic but due to higher fees , I applied to parul univeristy as i was gettting my yearly fees 22000 due to good grades in 10th standard. But i really think parul university is not a good option really , i can say this from my personal experieence.

Faculty

The faculty members and all the other staff are not helpfull though still very few faculty help and are very good. The most of the staff is attitude and do not give proper answer and do not like to entertain queries and try to solve them.As per my personal experience , when i reached my faculty representative to ask about a doubt , i was just asked to leave straight away. Exams are taken in proper manner and with disciplined. Marking system is based on midsem+ external(final) exam + the other small marks obtained by completing notebooks ,viva and all.

Night Life

I really have no idea about the night life as i am not present in campus after 6 pm . But i have heard from my friend that is retty good and they also show movies in evening some times for at 5ruppees.

Placement Experience:

In this college you on eligible for placements in your last year(final year), here so many company's came but not are so much good companys comes. The company's comes their average package is between 1.5LPA to 2LPA and highest package is not more that 4LPA. Their placement ratio is too low

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placement and companies started to visit. L&T, RELIANCE,HITACHI,CIVILTECH,etc. Companies have visited or they have set interview for placement.The highest package in diploma is around 5,00,000 LPA and average package is 2,50,000-3,00,000 LPA. I think 40 to 50% of student getting placement and my plans after diploma is to do BE.

After completing the 6th sem, we'll get the offer for campus placement. Atleast 20 companies would come for the best candidates. I plan to pursue this course only, for Bachelors in Degree. I would try scoring top in ddcet in order to get a seat in the government LD college

Placement Experience:

The all college campus placements company are good with their big visibility. All the college campus placement company are very carrying to the all new freshers students. The students are getting starting packages like 3LPA to 5LPA depends on company requirements and other factors. And plan is to get the job from college campus placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Placement Experience:

Lots of company are came for placement in our college and lot of students are selected also. And minimum package is 8 lakhs per year which are given by the company ( infosys) lot of students are not selected also

Placement Experience:

After the completion of course means after 6 semester there was a placement of L&T and Reliance and HLE.The average package was of 150000 yearly.But you have to sign a bond of three years.only One student from our class is placed in the L&T others decided to study further in other college.

What it feels to be a Parulite

After completing my 12th Boards I applied to a bunch of colleges and gave various exams to get a seat. I took the JEE exam as I wanted to go to IIT to pursue the same degree that I do now but unfortunately, I couldn't as I didn't get enough score to be selected for the advanced JEE exam. The other government colleges that I had applied to had a certain quota reserved for students from different regions and since I had to shift to a new city altogether that proved to be a hurdle. One such college that I had previously applied to before Parul University was the Maharaja Sayajirao College in Vadodara. I chose Parul University because I had good things about it and their placement scheme was well-known among people so I opted for this college. The admission process is pretty simple. They brief you about the fee structure for the course that you want to take on your first visit and give you a campus tour.
