I have studied the course of bachelor in arts in the specialization of economics, it was an honor degree of 3 years in which subjects like macroeconomics, microeconomics

College Events

Rabindranath Tagore Jayanti, Bengali New Year, Buddh Purnima, International Women's Day celebration, Good Friday, Dolyatra and Holi, Shiva Ratri, New Year, Vivekanand Birthday, Netaji Birthday, Sarswati Puja were the main events celebrated.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the college is very feasible and affordable at my time, I don't remember the exact figure now but yes, the college has a fee structure of around rupees 1700 per year nowadays.

Fees and Financial Aid

I never availed any scholarship as the college didn't have any such facility at that time, so I don't remember if there was anything like a scholarship or not.

Campus Life

Campus life was good at our time as the college had the best faculty at that time who were very dedicated to developing the skills in students. Students were very supportive of each other and the staff too.

Alumni/Alumna

If talking about the alumni, that time there was no connection between the alumni and the current students of the college because of the communication gap.

Admission

Nowadays college has the facility of online admission but back then in my time, there was no internet facility available at that time, so it was direct admission and everything was paper-based, I visited the college and take the admission by completing the admission process.

The field tricks are done sometimes to make us understand the reality and the course is really good. I love that and the field trip helps us a lot to explain and to learn things that happening around us and foods are provided from the school or sometimes on trips, I'm really happy with my college.

A place to enhance skills

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because it has lots of scope in future to get a job and also it is a good subject or my National language. In this college lots of faculty has been given to the students. Well, I am also a new student but I can say that all teaching and non teaching staff and also the office staff are very humble to the students and they help us a lot. I am in B.A. 1st year student and lots of faculty has been given by our beloved teachers and office staff. The teachers are very humble by nature and the way they taught us is really mind blowing I am very grateful that I am a student of those teachers. In every 6 months, you have to give one semester examination and as I already told you that I am a new student and my exam is in February month so I do not have experience with the paper and how difficult it to pass but I can say you read properly you can pass the exam in Good marks.
