A.D.I.T. Smart review

Positive= Good facility and infrastructure, well lab facility, hostel and mess facility Negative= GTU affiliated follows it's syllabus, 70%syllabus covered, no depth practical knowledge given, only depends on books knowledge.

Course syllabus is according to okay level but some where more number of chapters are provided which are not covered and basically our college is affiliated to GTU so almost in every subjects in all semester only 60 to 75% of syllabus is covered. Mainly in every semester there are two mid sems and 2 quizzes. If you didn't pass it than 3rd mid is taken to pass you. Mid marks are 20(few 30) in all semesters.

Placement are not enough good. But no doubt few companies come to visit. Since our college lacks some knowledge ability to cope from starting of semester. It all depends on student how he or she is well studying throughout his years. Students who are good enough towards his discipline in his subjects and have best knowledge are only selected. Yeah college do provide internships program. Mainly stipend of 5k to 10k. I don't know about it since I didn't did one.

Mainly focusing events like Spectrum is done annually and crazy events are organised which is all of technical and non technical plus do have workshops. All departments organise different types of events relating to their discipline.

Fee structure is damn not feasible. It is expensive. But college do provide workshops facility have different mechanical department and automobile department and all other labs which are much bigger but have old instruments and machines mainly some of them need repair and are just piece of showcase.

Scholarships 1) MYSY = students gets half of college fees as scholarship plus if they live in hostel attached to college (half of hostel fees). Eligibility = 80 percentile in any board of HSC education 2) SC/ST = full tuition fees as scholarship 3) Digital Gujarat *for gujarat colleges = mainly for SEBC and SC/ST students provide 12000 for college tuition fees and 10000 for mess fees. Total 22000rs which is much less. But theirs no eligibility criteria.

Yeah!! Sports like cricket, badminton, Kabadi, chess, table tennis, basketball and some other game facility is provided and too there is matches between departments. Their is also inter college competition plus state level. GTU also organise some. College do have big cricket ground, basketball ground , rooms for table tennis.

Yeah hostel facility is not too good. But okay. But it is worth it. Annually 20500 rs. Is for hostel. Also mess is attached to it and it is compulsary to pay for mess if one live in hostel. Mess fee is 25000rs yearly. Total of 45 500 rs (2019). Mess food is not too good in terms of taste and chewing. Hostel do have wifi facility which is extra taken for 1000rs*yearly but have disadvantage can't open movies site some other.

There are alumni program happens. Plus senior students are much helpful to us. They too help in some events like BAJA code vita etc. Alumni network is not too good but yeah we have their help towards outside studies and courses.

Through ACPC admission. One can find its information from google. It's basically a round process which is registered by all admission candidates for admitting their selected college. ACPC admission process provide all information of all colleges within gujarat and students can fill their own choice in any number and are selected by rank provided by acpc. Faculty in mechanical are few ly phds but all PhDs are too good in explaining. But few faculty are lacking explaining ability. All faculty are helpful and friendly. I would rate 68%for faculty acts in college.
