My Review

My college provides quality education and also provides opportunities for extra curricular activities and sports. They encourage us to study as well as play. Also my college provides good job opportunities. The infrastructure and facilities are excellent.

The course curriculum is not entirely helpful as it includes subjects which will not be useful for our future endeavours. The exam structure is as follows- 2 class tests of 20 marks each, 4 assignment tests of 10 marks each, 1 Pre University exam of 70 marks, Final external exam of 70 marks, And practicals of 50 internal and 50 external.

The placement and jobs opportunities are good. Infosys is the biggest recruiter of our college. This year it selected about 322 students from our college. Most of the students get placed in well reputed and good companies of India.

The following events are conducted every year- 1 - Waves to welcome the freshers. 2 - Ignitia- it is a two day event held in February. It is like the annual event of our college. 3 - Various workshops are conducted from time to time. 4 - Many seminars are also held. 5 - Annual sports day is also held on children's day.

Since I belong to a middle class family , the fee structure is somewhat expensive to me and it is difficult for me to pay the fees sometimes. I have opted for a four year course so fees is somewhat expensive for my family to pay.

Scholarships are offered from Chatra Kalyan Nigam to students. It is a good opportunity to help in paying the tuition fees and hostel fees. The college provides scholarships to gate selected students.

There are well furnished laboratories in my college. The students get ample lab sessions every day. The sports facilities are very good and we play many sports in our college. Also our students represent the college in many sports fests. Extra curricular activities are highly promoted. We have various clubs like dance club, music club, theatre club etc.

The hostel facilities are very good. There are AC and Non AC rooms. Electricity is available 24 hours. Water supply is also good. The rooms are suitable for students to live. The food of the mess is also good.

The seniors are very helpful in my college. Some of them are even my very good friends. We all work together in clubs and play sports together. We represent our college in many fests also. Our seniors also share important information related to placements.

I got admission in my college through UPSEE examination in 2017. It is an examination conducted every year all over India for BTech for admission to various colleges affiliated to AKTU University. I gave the exam and my result helped me in securing my current college. After that I went to my college and filled all the admission related details and finally became a student of my college.

The faculty is good and the teachers are experts in their subjects. The teachers have a very good knowledge of the subjects and even tell us the practical applications of our subjects. Also the teachers are very helpful and clear our doubts anytime we want.
