Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was nicely arranged & planned. For the 1st year all the subjects were common irrespective of your specialisation. Will get all round exposure.
Internships Opportunities
I had a good internship experience. Companies like Microsoft, Keane, Techm, Infosys, Subex, Sapient, L&T came for campus hiring.Stipend was close to rs 15000 INR per month.
Placement Experience
This college has a good & dedicated campus placement cell. We had a constant communication with this body. Placement cell was very active & had contacts with world's major companies.
College Events
There were lot of cultural activities arranged periodically. We had a big event arranged every 2 years which hosts the international super stars like a renowed music band, singer, sportsman.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee is bit on expensive side. Tuition fees are higher. Hostel fees are bit costly. The total college fees which VI's internal is bit costly, Miscellanies fees are higher. Comparable a higher college fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
No major scholarships. Yes,for SC/ST there is some rebate bin fees & other loan facilties, There is some extra time provided to pay the fees. If you have category's u ll be given the scholarship.
Campus Life
Overall a very good experience. Nice campus. Lush green gardens. Nice amenitiesVery big campus. Good sports arena.Campus has all the required facility's.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel had a very good facilities. Hostel maintenance is very good.Hostel management Is very good. Nice hostel experience.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni is also best. I still get invitations to attend functions. There is alumni meet arranged too. Good value given for the alumni. A dedicated team works to take care of alumni. Alumni newsletter /emails received periodically.
Exam Structure
Internal tests are conducted strictly. Final semester examinations are scheduled directly by the technological university. The Examination pattern is very structured & are difficult to clear.
Faculty
Faculty was experienced, knowledgeable & helpful. The faculty put emphasis on learning the concepts in detail.Faculty was strict & made sure all students attend class without fail.
