College life : inside and the outside

The era of science is on his way to introduce in India about new technologies and new wonders . Robots,AI , machinaries is what inspired me to chose this course ,which is the part of engineering wonders It is the symbol that science is on its peak and can be used in all sectors with great positive outcomes As TV and papers shows robotics,ai can be versatile and can bring a good change in bringing development The course is new for everyone but it has new experience and it shows what changes it can make if we have sheer dedication. AIML and many courses is used in research centre,space science and car companies etc Course should be provided with proper practical knowledge and hence should be taught accordingly Teaching methods is above average but lags behind in completion of course and basic idea of usage The difficulty level for exams is above average. Exams taken here are not hard but it depends on subject Few subjects are lengthy and tough and creates problems in memorizing the equation, graphs and content.

The internship opportunities are dependent on which branch u do belong to ,how is it result ,how much you know about the job being offered. There are companies like cnc,Adani powerplant,Tata ,jindal, infosys, reliance, Google etc which provides us internship opportunities when visiting the campus

Campus placement are average around 3-4 lakhs depending on companies and branches, Placement can be off campus or in campus Adani,tata,jindal ,google, infosys, reliance, and many more companies has visited the campus offering the jobs for engineers Students whose grade history is fine with less backs and KTs are offered job And interview and exam is taken before giving job whether the student is applicable of not Highest package was given to mechanical branch of 8.5 lakhs per annum While for computer it was 7.5 lakhs My plans after getting degree is to prepare for masters in AIML in order to get good placement in my dream organisation

The term fees or per year fees for my course is 1500 The other fees that is tution fees, caution fees, registration fees,lab fees etc totals up to 750 There by total fees to be paid is 2250 Every student of other branches have to pay same fees that is 2250 There are majorly 3 types of scholarship that is MYSY digital gujarat Food bill

The overall experience till now is good and above average is what I can say There are many annual and technical festivals taking place like garba ,rangoli festival, etc Different colleges and universities students visits for inviting us for different workshop and motivation sessions I visited MSU which had excellent workshop and labs It had Great vibes and spacious rooms The sports tournament or activities takes place once in year or when u are in 2nd sem The sports competition being is held is good and takes place in proper ways with safety concerns They also have anti ragging squad and websites If there is ragging being held There are students portals for verification of documents in college campus and online gtu students portal for various exams forms, certificate verification etc There are very few smart board class with very avrg working conditions in different branches We only have 1 smart board class while teacher have to bring projector along with them to explain us with 2D or 3d view

The hostel where I live is above average and i would like to rate it 7/10 The living standards are good with proper maintenance of cleanliness and dignity Room here are provided with big storage cupboards and study tables, beds ,etc There is proper ventilation which allows air and sunlight to enter in room The menu is typically a Gujrati menu and it consists of different item during Wednesday and Sunday evening dinner On Sundays u are given either sweets or farsan The food here in our hostel is above average Sometimes it's bad sometimes it is good They maintain cleanliness while making food and hence the kitchen is fully cleaned and ventilated The hostel is registered and hence approval certification The param boys hostel is situated in front of shree labhubhai trivedi institute of engineering and technology I would recommend to take a visit for hostel after the admission of student in college Hence the living standards are better and hance meeting our living standards

There are only 5 college for the course I dreamed of that is robotics and automation There are 2 private and 3 government colleges for the given course As on comparing the place Rajkot is good for study purpose and so is campus and infrastructure as compared to government college of Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar This college is situated on outskirts or in village area where traffic is less ,no sound pollution,very pleasant environment for studies with hostels near to it. In order to get admission in this college or any colleges or universities u need to pass board exams ( CBSE or Gujarat board) , GUJCET and JEE mains. U need to clear to cut off in order to get admission accordingly to ur rank The cutoffs increases yearly and importance of many branches have been increased The admission process requires ur addhar card verification,ACPC ,fees paid for college and Screenshot of approval. Once this documents are submitted ur admision for given course in college is done.

The faculties to students ratio varies from branch to branch Branches are divided into bachtches in order to peace and avoid trafficking The faculty to student ratio is less that is students are greater in number for few beaches or there are less faculties for some brachesss All facilities are good if they provide good education Some faculties takes care whether syllabus is complete or not and provide uss with online notes and pdf which is a good key factor While some faculties don't complete the syllabus and neither sharing notes or study material regarding subject even though if being asked to share They helps us in doubt solving or any academics issues being faced There are total 2 exams one is mid sem that is of 30 marks while other one is final exam of 70 marks Total marks includes manual submissions, attendance, project submission and project file which is of 100 mark The exam are relatively average if concept is known we can pass exams easily There are many students who are unsuccessful in bringing paasing marks hence forcing them to give re mid Almost 30% fails to clear exam

The nightlife around the college campus is peaceful,here their are manu college students at night for walk out We have been provided with volleyball ara and proper playing nets We also have been provided with area for playing cricket and football We also have carrom tournament, chess tournament etc We have different areas to roam around according to area where branch campus is Many students sit outside the college during breaks for refreshment and peace Many students sit beside the auditorium which is provided with benches and trees for shades
