A good college with lot of opportunities.

The course ciruculam is a positive in our college. We can choose our own subjects and faculty and make our own time table. We have high speed internet connection in our college. The exam structure is a bit weired we have 4 semesters in a year. Which is they divide one sem into 2phases ! This makes us to prepare for exams every week ! And the exam pattern is 70 marks were awarded as internals and 30 for externals which makes us to score easily.

Course curriculum is unique in our college we have study flex system which is we can choose the course which we are interested in and the faculty and also can make our own time table. The exam pattern is a negative for me, because we have four universty exams per year which is one semester is dived into two and every semester has 4 subjects. So, the total subjects per year is 16 subjects. This exam pattern makes us to study and complete subjects easily but we have to face exams regurarly.

Our college provides the placement training from. The first year itself. They teach us how to slove aptitudes. Our college doesn't provide internships. The job opportunities and placement records are not that much great. They are just below average.

Our college conducts cultural programme every year which is celebrated grandly and beautifully, they also invite the celebraties. And pongal celebrationa will be hugely celabrated every year and also some symposium were conducted by the respective departments.

The fees in our college is some what expensive in our college. It would cost around 1.6L for tution fee and the hostel fee would cost nearly 90,000 and transportation fee is 40,000 irrespective of the distance.

Scholarship is given qt the time of admission based on our 12th results. Our college doesn't offer any loan facility instead they provide a fee structure bond to apply at the banks. They also said that if we maintain a good score till the thirs year, we'll gain scholarship. dont know how far true it is.

We have clabs in our college ! Which is both the lab and classrooms are combined together. No other colleges has this kind of infrastructure. As this helps in making the students to understand both theriotically and practically. Sports are not that much enterntained in our college. Sports are only conducted during the culturals program ! But we have ground to play after the class hours.

No, i haven't met alumni of our college till now ! But our college has a good brand value in the city ! The seniors of our college are super friendly ! Ragging in our college is strictly prohibited, which makes us to feel secure. Seniors always take care about our college cultural programs, annual functions and etc.,

The admission process is very simple. As our college is deemed University we can get a seat in the college easily. I got admission through my well known friend who is working in the admission dept. Of the college. We can get a seat in any department that we want to study.

The faculties are a bit experienced n our college. Many of them are ph.d graduates and have work experiences in many other colleges. They are very supportive and friendly. They'll not be that much strict towards the students.
