Likes
- The ambience is very good like sorrunded by trees and very less destruction....and also good lab and clas rooms
- Good facilities....everyone is good and nice to be talked to,if you talk about stuff, they are genuinely helpful in a good way..
- We get yearly internship to many well known brands, aslo our collage is very much known for good internships..
Dislikes
- Lack of public transport....like in a about 8km campus all we get is a bus...the local autos are very pricey...
- Lack of hygiene in canteen, some times things get just wrong, ink dripping and old farniture..make it worse and also broken chairs..
- Lack of hostel and the rented room are to pricy for there experience, one kind of you are just nothing to loose, they treat you like that...
Course Curriculum Overview
I opt for computer science, because it has value rather then competitive BCA, we can get rather good value jobs then like 2LPA, and here the curriculum is very competitive with the current job market, nothing is old, they also integrated AI in recent years for the step forward.. I send it very charming to see the college is being updated with time and the courses are now as good as any other non government colleges...
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees is not much, arround 10k but me being (Scheduled caste), I just opt for 5k, the campus is large and very good, our depertment has is nice good facilities and everything neat and clean...the computers are upto date very much...you have many future oppertunity, yearly internship will be offered...of you opt for it it's good..
Campus Life
The campus life is excellent with trees also we got various types of entertainment TV like fests and everything cultural related to Rabindranath Tagore, the night life is good like many of the cafes I had a very good for like in Bengali we say "cha adda", like very much of a gossip with friends all times spending...
Admission
First of all, being a science student I opted for BSC computer science but I didn't get it, so I applied on the other college for BCA, but with cuet I got computer science here and I am very positive about it .the other collage is also well at managing and studies...but I prefer BSC c.s over BCA
Faculty
Our HOD is Mr Utpal Roy, a very experienced teacher with good insite about the course... Also other members are like a senior who is doing PHD is taking out classes, he is also good, the faculties what taking Unix are very good also, you can easily understand and take notes from them...
Night Life
The nightlife here like one of the best you get many cafe and small restaurants around you can eat some tea or anything... Also that campus is in a city called "Bolpur", so night life here is sort of good. In the city where are meetings to do like like typical.. and campus is like a magical place with trees everywhere...
