Yes the college is very good and my remark towards the college will always be positive.As they provide various exposures and opportunities to show your talent through various events. Good canteen food maintaining proper hygine.
Course Curriculum Overview
In the developing medical sector pharmacy is also a developing field. And exposure to this course is also beneficial now a days. The University includes all the necessary subjects divided into 8 semesters.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, the college provides intership from second year itself. After the completition of second year the college had sent us to the Apollo Hospital, Ahmedabad for internship for 15 days. Now on completition of 3rd year they are going to send us to the factory for 1 month internship
Placement Experience
I am presently doing with my Bpharm 3rd year so I dont have much idea about the placement or so called job opportunities. But according to the college reputation the opportunities may be much more. Zydus and various other jobs are available
College Events
Enigma is the largest event celebrated among all the colleges of pharmacy in Gujarat. Various sports events and technical events are played by the students all over the gujarat. The fest is toh 3 days. And various days like traditional and western days are celebrated.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Expensive fir middle class families other vise thats okk. The fees per semester is one lakh rupees. And also the college provides various scholarship schemes. The fees in one way are approprite as to maintain the campus and lab machines.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship is given toh the top 5 students of the merit list. Also to the students who have less annual income of the family. Its a good point that they provide various scholarships. In order to cont the scholarship the student should be regular to the class and shluld score more grade.
Campus Life
They are excellent. Fully equiped labs are there which gives proper lab practises to the students. Also there are various courts for the sports such as badminton court is present along with table tennis court and also lawn tennis court. Cricket ground and football ground is also there. Also basketball court is there for students to enjoy.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is only for the people doing masters in the respective courses. Thats a bit annoying that hostel for bachelors degree students are not provided. Also at the other end there are much more students and they cannot be adjusted in the hostel. So maybe they havnt provided for the same.
Alumni/Alumna
Yess surely they are helpful and there 0% ragging in the college which is the main advantage of the juniors. All the seniors are helpful and well settled alumni are there which can guide you at any point of time without any hesitation.
Exam Structure
Exam structure is difficult as compared to other pharmacy colleges. It is divided into two types 1) regular evaluation 2) semester end examination. In regular evaluation there comes one class test one online , one submission and one mid sem exams
Admission
I got the admission on merit bases according to GUJCET merit. In the third round i got admission in Nirma Univerty in B.Pharmacy course. In the First and Second round I got admission in L.J. Institute of Pharmacy.
Faculty
Faculty are also well educated and has experiences of more than 5 years in that particular course. The course is well studied in college along with proper presentations. Regular evaluation is done. Also the submissions helps in clearing the topics.
