All About Galgotia College

Course curriculum is really sick. They are teaching very old syllabus which have no use in today's time . Like we have a chapter in soft skills that is how to be a good lister ? Really do we need to learn this . I think course should be updated. Also exams are happening too frequently which can be changed. Exam on every month is very hectic.

After 6th semester students are eligible for placement. Major companies like TCS , IBM , Wipro coding ninja visit our campus. Though some company offer good package like 8LPA offer by Coding ninja but mostly average packgae stood at somewhat 5 LPA .Highest Package in our college every year goes to 23-25 LPA or sometiems 40+ LPA also( but is happens very rarely) . In CSE and aligned branch approx 70-80% student get placed. Lowest package goes as low as 2.5 LPA also. Plan plan after getting degree is to purse MBA from top colleges as I don't want to work of 4LPA jobs. I know it is not very less but also not satisfactory after so much hard work that students goes through furing course.

In first year You have to pay 116000 which include tution fee and registration fee . After that from 2nd year you have to pay 109000 and 1k for ID card ( one time). There is no any other extra charges ( except yearly 7500 which we have to pay to the university) . If you get TFW seat then you have to pay only registration fee in first year which is approx 5000 and nothing else. In greater Noida it is most affordable college with good facilities.

Campus Life of college is good . It is chill. In 1st year you will feel pressure but after first year life is chill. There are many clubs which are very active . One of the famous club of our college is Rotract club which frequently held events in College and outside college. Beside Rotract there are also many other clubs around 10-12 which are very active.Our college also held fest frequently like u will surely get major events like Freshers (in December) , UNIFEST(annual fest in April) and Technical fest ( in January mkst probably) . Our college is active in sports also to somewhat like we have football ground and basketball court not more than that. If I talk about Library it is kind of Ok. It has enough books and journals not too much not too less.

I choose this college over other because of low fees , and relaxation that they give as compare to other colleges to explore yourself. You can get in this college through management quota or through aktu counselling or on you 12th result basis.

Faculty to student ration is good approx 20-30 students per faculty. Teachers are polite and ready to help you . You will find some faculty good and some not ( condition is same in every colleges).I liked chemistry mam most because she is very senior and made class very interactive by two way communication. Her name is Monika . There are 2 sessional each month and 1 PUT before final semester exam by aktu.

Nightlife is not here in this college as there is only two hostels one for girls and one for boys rest students reside the college . Cantten get closed by evening and hostel get also get closed by 10pm. Famous hangout place during night is Football Ground and CDE ground. There is no gym in college ( if you want to go to market you have to take auto to jagat farm or pari chowk which is nearest markwt to college). Famous handout olace for studnets outside campus is Jagat farm market which is around 4km away.Talking about environment, yes it is safe to roam around at night. Like India Expo mart is going to open which is just in front of college , so in coming days night life is gking to be much better as compare to now.
