No positive , no negative according to me it is a neutral when it comes about remarks.You will enjoy your campus atmosphere if you have friends , and also supportive staff helps in any kind of issues
Course Curriculum Overview
Basically it is an autonomous college in which it as its own syllabus which is slightly different from VTU syllabus & also for sem end exams , question papers & correction of that papers done by the same lecturers who were teached earlier for students
Internships Opportunities
No , College won't provide any internship or stipend , it only offers scholarship based on their performance in previous exams , u will get that scholarship from the Government of Karnataka which u have to fill online application & submit to college
Placement Experience
The placements provided are not very good. As I observed, 3-4 companies hiring 3-4 students per branch, but TCS hires about 40-50 students (if I am not wrong) because of charity hiring the students every year. Overall, if you are a student of good marks, then you definitely have a chance of getting good placements.
College Events
Two big fests are organised every year, one in the odd semester and another in even semester. There are also separate branch fests celebrated every month. And also Senior students will conduct big cricket tournament in even semester
Fee Structure And Facilities
I joined this college through the entrance test conducted by the Government board so i got some feasible fees structure , but if you wanted to join through management quota it will be more expensive to afford
Fees and Financial Aid
According to my knowledge college won't give any scholarship or loan to students but u can get scholarship & fees consession on the fees paid earlier by the Government after you submit the online application & also u get loan facility from Karnataka government
Campus Life
The canteen is not that good but nice to hang out with friends. There is no great sports complex, it is present in the corner of the campus like a shed. The library is good, open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
Hostel Facilities
I am not hosteller , i commute daily from home which is about 15km but i has some friends who are using the hostel facility as i heard facilities provided in the hostel are good compared to college and it offers good food for both south and north students
Alumni/Alumna
No i didn't find any seniors voluteer asked about my experience or my problems faced during earlier semester. They only come when there is any fests conducting by them to advertise only , but i you know any seniors there it will be helpful to go through some issues found in earlier when you join to college
Exam Structure
It's an autonomous college, the syllabus is prescribed by college and also examinations will be conducted by the college itself. But, you will get your certificate from the university for which it is affiliated
Admission
As i said on the basis of my rank in Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) this college is alloted for my rank , which is online process then you have to visit college with your admission later & have to pay the fees prescribed by the Government board
Faculty
The staff are really good. They always try to help students to understand concepts clearly without any doubt, but in my branch, the teachers are not that good compared to other branches. Some of them are inexperienced but still u can manage to get good marks if u study on regular basis
