One of the best colleges in the state

I have a mixed opinion about my college because at the time when I took admission the facilities and exposure was quite limited. But now the administration has woken up and trying to improve the quality of education and focusing more on internships and practical knowledge rather than just relying on lectures.

Course curriculum is good and it is not same as other rgpv colleges but almost similar. Also it suits much for application and practical approach.nowadays there are arrangements for gate syllabus coverage for interested students in college itself in extra time.

Till 2017 the college was not providing any internships program. Everyone had to arrange on their personal level. But from 2017 onwards They have made cumpolsory from 1 St year to attend internships and there is criteria for minimum internships.

Placements have increased in recent years.Many mass recruiting companies such as ACCENTURE,TCS,INFOSYS are regular visitors giving around 3.5 lacs package.There are many placement opportunities but it depends on students how they grab it. Many open campus recruitment are also there. BYJU'S,and TRIDENT GROUP give highest package (9-10 lacs)

Talking about the mega events,in 2017 golden jubilee of college was celebrated in an extraordinary manner. Rock concert, Industrial conclave,Alumini meet,sports between teachers and students.Many small events run along the calendar.Clubs are there,so students are always engaged in some kind of activities along with studies.

It is quite affordable and one of the cheapest as it is an government funded college. But over the years fees have increased and especially hostel fees have increased drastically and it may be not affordable to many people.But still it is feasible.

Yes there many scholarships for students of UG and PG program. Students can pay their fees by availing loan from the banks. Even there is scholarship for residence.So there is no much burden on economically backward students.

Our college participate in all sports for nodals ,so if you are good at sports there is a chance that you can go forward representing the college team. Labs are good and still improving and new equipments are replacing outdated one. Certain clubs are setup and various society chapters are there who are presently working at a good level in the college such as IET,ISTE etc.

Hostel is at one of the best level.Enough space, separate study rooms, daily cleaning,and food quality is ok.The hostel are recently constructed 7 floor building with all modern facilities.

Seniors are very helpful I would say.Almost every year there is an Alumini meet. There is an Alumini cell for further guidance of students and help them to remain in contact with well established Alumini of college.

Exam pattern is as per rgpv norms. A subject consists of 5 units and 5 questions from each unit with 4 To do choice is in the last question. 70 marks final paper with 20 marks midsem,10 assignment. 35/100 to pass the exam. Min. 5 cgpa overall otherwise you have to repeat again as improvement exam

I got admission through online DTE counseling on the basis of my JEE MAINS 2014 rank. Present scenario is also same.Students can get admission through JEE MAINS and nowadays 12th marks are also not added up. After applying online,you will get some branch according to your rank and then you have confirm your admission by visiting college with all necessary documents.

Some faculties are good.But the students to faculties ratio is quite less and you often find adhoc faculties taking classes for senior faculties.Many faculties not able to connect with the students. Many students even don't want attend the classes as they think self studies are better than attending class.so this tells all about the faculties.
