Likes
- The environment of college is too good. You can feel peace . One thing that should be improved is they dont give any type of information regarding college. So they should inform students about college events.
- As i am a NCC candidate, so i loved to participate in social activities. At that time i was very much involved in those social works.
- The faculties are Phd holders and possess expertise in their respective subjects. Their teaching methods are also good.
Dislikes
- One thing that i dont like about this college is their outside area. It's very dirty and unhygienic.
- Inside the college, if you want any type of help, students sometimes misguide you.
- Classrooms are not cleaned properly and ventilation facility is very bad.
Course Curriculum Overview
The main reason of choosing this course I want to become Chartered Accountant and i love this specific field. That's why I choose to do B.Com The curriculum of B.Com course connect me with real world. Now I am able to understand the various concepts of banking , business etc. Now I am also able to invest in securities market , share market and in foreign market also. So it helps me a lot. The teachers should improve their teaching methods according to me. Exams held once in a year . We called them annual exams and the difficulty level of exam is easy to moderate . You can easily attempt the exam if you have attend the regular classes.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fee for B.Com course is 6,000 approx (including all other charges). You just have to pay fee in bank and once in a year you have to pay examination fee approx Rs. 1500 Fees charges are same for all students whether you belong from any category but you can avail the benefit of scholarship based on your income certificate of your father and caste certificate signed by designated authority. You whole amout of fee will be refunded by government.
Campus Life
Various types of festivals are celebrated , jayanti's are celebrated and seminars webinars etc occurs. Cultural fest occurs in December. Library is full of books. You can get any type of book with updated version. Novels, magazines, newspapers, journals etc. are available. Classrooms are normal. No technology installed. Sports like kho kho, kabbaddi,football, volleyball, badminton, basketball etc are facilitated . NCC and NSS are also available. I have also completed NCC 'C' certificate from this college.
Admission
I didn't apply for any other college. I applied for this college only and got selected according to my 12th marks and I got admission. The main reason of choosing this college was it is one of the best college in kanpur. I don't get any type of rejection from any other college. You can get admission easily . You just have to bring documents like your marksheets, Aadhar Card photocopy etc . No exam conducted for admission , no cut off released. You just have to pay their fees and submit necessary documents and you will get admission.
Faculty
There is 1 faculty for 12 students. Teacher's are very supportive . They will help you personally. The faculty that is like most was Dr. Mridula Mam . She was the head of our department and trust me she is very kind hearted women. She is very talented. But all faculties are good. The faculty that i dont like was Shalini mam because she is very lazy and always ignore to take lectures and if she will come in class she will share her personal life only. Exams are conducted once in a year and the level of exams was moderate. Mostly 90% students get passed.
Night Life
There is no gym, canteen inside the college. Opening time of library is 10am and closing time is 4pm . No hostel facility is available from college side. But you can take PG. Famous places near college are Motijheel, Ravemoti, J.k. temple and all these areas are safe also.
