- Campus is located at the outskirts and therefore it's quite peaceful inside the campus.
- Classrooms, canteens, computer labs, libraries and all are air-conditioned.
- Modern, research based and practical education is imparted here.
Dislikes
- To go out of the campus in case of emergency, we have to have a gatepass which we get after filling a long form.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our cours has 6 subjects in each semester and two practical subjects as well. This is my 4th semester and I have learned 3 languages already and by the end of third year our engineering is 90-95% done as last year is full chill.
Internships Opportunities
LTI and many AI start ups are the ones that jumps into our college to get some interns. A proper counselling happened and after the final round 40 odd students are selected for internship with a stipend of 10-15 thousand a month.
Placement Experience
For CSE, major IT hubs such as Bangalore and Pune is where students are placed and with an average salary of 7 and a half lakhs. Our placements cell starts our preparation front the 5th semester and before the 8th and the final semester starts our admissions are done.
Fees and Financial Aid
Amity Gwalior is same as other Amity and fees too more or less similar as we have to pay 150k a year. Since it's a private university, SC/ST candidates too get just 10-15% off on their fees as university has called the minimum fees criteria.
Campus Life
Campus is huge and since it's in outskirts the area is full of silence. We have two big amphitheatre and 5 auditoriums. Three are total canteens and one coffee shop seperately. Campus is full of gardens and trees and has the best possible flooring. Our campus roads have a speed limit and therefore no one is allowed to drive rashly. Parking area is huge as over 2500 vehicles can be parked at a time. Our Annual Fest Amichroma is perhaps the best fest among Gwalior colleges.
Admission
Amizone portal which is of the university is how you have to apply for admission. An admission form of 2000 rupees has to be submitted and soon you get a call to attend the campus. At campus counselling, verification and all is done the same day and a few days later our i cards are issued and admissions are final.
Faculty
We have around 60 faculties in our college for our department. Overall if I include all the departments we have hundreds of faculties and all of them have to undergo a tough screening. Hence, the quality of our faculties is next to or best to anyone.
Night Life
Campus is at the outskirts and therefore not much close to the campus. Some small cafes such as Hangout Cafe and Captains Cafe are two good cafes. Jai Vilas Palace and Gopa chal Parvati are also good places to hangout with friends which are close to our campus.
