- 1. Well structured program: The MBA program offers an excellent blend of finance and Data analytics, covering diverse subjects such as fund accounting, investment banking, financial accounting and risk analytics ( Market risk & Credit Risk).
- It also includes cutting edge data analytics tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Alteryx which are highly relevant to the industry.
- Flexible learning options (online & Offline), Balanced schedule: 3 hours/day on weekdays and 6+ hours on weekends allowing time for practice
Dislikes
- Limited campus size, but adequate for focused learning
- Requires significant time commitment, which could be challenging for working professional
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculm blends finance and data analytics, covering industry tools like python, SQL and Tableau. it's practical and jo focuses. Adding case studies, flexible timings and workshops could enhance it further.
Internships Opportunities
State street, Goldman Sachs. JP Morgan, Apex, Citco etc are companies where our stuents placed as an interns, contract employees, full time employees. We can get fund accountant, private equity and hede funds finacial reporting, Corporate actions, product controllers etc.
Placement Experience
We have campus placements in second year ( internships or Job) based on your qualification and experience. Final Plecement will be there after MBA gets completed if you were joined as intern, contract employee or you want to change the company etc. They will assist in future whenever you want to shift to other companies or better opportunities.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fees for two years is 5,00,000. We have to pay one lakh in each semester. This fees include everything, no neeed to pay anything extra. The fees may increase for future batches. Theere is no category wise fees , may get some concession in fees on merit basis that we have to discuss with the management.
Campus Life
We had two times outing to resorts in two years, we had great experineces over there. We have 4th floor dedicated to study hours equipped with all the facilities. We have uniqfin toastamsters club where you will get opportunity to meet other clubs and networking and improve public speaking and comunication skills.
Admission
I chose uniqfin for its finance and data analytics focus, batch size, industry ready tools, which other colleges lacked. Admission process was simple. You can apply if you are graduate or CMA semi qualified or CA Semi qualified
Faculty
1. For each subject we have dedicated faculties and for top up classes also we have faculties. They always encourage us to ask our queries and doubts. 2. Apart from Madan Reddy sir, who is our chirman and faculty, I like CA Saran Kumar, who taught us MS excel.
Night Life
Our College is in Marathahalli, which have more options to hangout and to food. You can travell to other best places in the bangalore with ease of public transport and metro within 5 km ( KR Puram). Near 100-200 meters metro construction is going on, it will be competed soon.
