Remarks

This is really a cool place to live and stay. We don't have much to roam around and everything goes well unless the tables turn. Nice initiative in this rural and remote part of the state. The hospital here is good and allows the health schemes under cover the 3 states near by. Okay anyways.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

An untypical curriculum where we have our exams after all the rest have done with them, 20 year old syllabus and being with them with the advancements of their editions, sports and cultural are integrated with the main stream.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, it does provide internship at the end of 4th year, where we have to be with the patients in a shift based manner, we do have to complete 365 days of internship to get our license and other certificates, we can also do our internship at other colleges by a compromise with the supremo's.

Placement Experience

4

Most of our seniors work at the private hospitals in and around Bengaluru, Kolar, etcetera. Some of them work here after their internship and P.G,. Some move to other places in search of jobs in other parts of Andhra Pradesh.

College Events

5

We have Scopes organised every year with different concept every year in the mid October to mid November. In the early October, we have fresher's day. Mid feb, we have a gathering of our Alumni. We have sports and cultural events regularly all through the year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It roughly costs about 1.5 Lakh for the A-Category seat, 14 lakh for the B-cat and 25 lakh for the C- Category per annum including hostel. The fee for 1st year will be 40 k more than the subsequent years.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, some government scholarship programmes are under cover for the socially underrated students. I don't know about the loan and all such stuff because I never came across through it. Heard that loan can be accepted with the bank near here, but the fee should be payed at the start of academic year itself.

Campus Life

3.5

The labs were as old as good. Extra curricular activities involve the students from all the batches to join and have some fun. Labs can still be made better. We have a cricket ground and a seperate indoor arena for other games.

Hostel Facilities

3

The hostels and campus were built 20 years ago, but were standing still. The arena over here is green and kudos. Simply green and cool. Other facilities can still be better. The campus is maintained clean.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are as good as their age. Alumni association was formed recently and seniors help the juniors in all the ways.Be it good or bad. Be we are also asked to respect them. The Alumni has promised to develop a foot ball court over here and the rest is good.

Exam Structure

The entrance is through National Eligibility and Entrance Test , the NEET, in short. The exams in college are weekly, monthly, internals, pre-finals and final university exams. Except weekly , all other exams are scriptural , while weekly are fill-the-blank spaces and MCQ's.

Admission

NEET-18 based merit list, I opt for it in my second counselling, then I was asked to attend here with all my certificates and they verified them, and took them, asked me to pay the fee and after it I was given a hostel room and was asked to attend the classes thereafter.

Faculty

4

Experienced and okay. Most of our classes run with the ppts. Little touch up with the black board by some faculty. By number, the faculty are like any other private medical colleges in the state. Anyways the faculty are okay.

The curriculum that we follow us CBME curriculum. That reflects the clinical knowledge blended with the general knowledge of mbbs and this curriculum suits us in terms of many applications to the practice of medicine. The difficulty level is increased for the final exams but it is good for the competition that increased in these days.

My choice for this profession is that,it gives highest level of respect It is the Profession to save the lives of people The life which was taken away by the evil can be dragged back by the doctors The first year's dissection of cadavers,2nd 3rd 4th year's gives the experience to treat any case and to overcome the fear of blood No improvements needed in our college,as everything seems perfect Timing is planned by expertise, frequency of exams is very accurate and gives boost to remember every topic

Course Curriculum Overview:

1}the specific aspect that influenced my decision are my parent and relatives who hold the social stigma of being a doctor can give a secured life whereas nowadays doctor is one of the most vulnerable profession due to the incidents that are happening recently 2}the cirriculum is not great for students when it comes to the topic of facing real world situations as being in pvt.college doesnt exopse us to vasr amount of patients and mostly the graduates dont know how to deal with patients 3}the areas that should need an improvement is in imrpoving dissection hall facilities and posting lessers members in a sysytematic way to give time for each and every student a better exposure to the patients 4}the frequency of exams is adequate enough for an above avg student to cope up with the burdensome and vast syllabus but it might be diffucult for a below avg student and my perspective of the difficulty level is somewhat tough and stressful

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually MBBS is structured in such a way that it helps students step by step to learn.. it's anything but perfect .. I am not in a position to suggest but when we are exposed to this vast world in first year which is entirely new to us,it is difficult for us to adjust. We step by step start learning to accommodate in this new world and by the time we adjust and start reading first year comes to and end and then only running,we don't have time to atleast cover our basics so that we can continue for further 3 years.. basics when we aren't aware of we can't confidently go into next years syllabus, but if we try studying basics in the next year we will be again lagging the next year syllabus and cycle goes on.. Mental pressure is the most common that we all feel and for relieving we don't have anything,no cultural activity,no sports,nothing.. that is why many are getting on the wrong side and getting addicted to phone, movies, other addictions
