The real face of VDC

My course is very interesting as it is nutrition course which includes cooking healthy foods. I feel very satisfied by choosing this course as it is help me to know more about the nutritional value about the various foods. As we have nutriweek in our collge it helps us to try different foods that are very healthy .we present it to our faculty members so that we can get review of that.

During our internship we are trained in a very reputed college like Samraksha Multi speciality Hospital. We are trained practically under the guidance of doctors.It is compulsory to do internship otherwise you will be failed. our college suggests collaboration with many healthcare facilities and community health centers.

After our 5th semester placement drives are started and the one with no backlogs are eligible to attend the placements. companies like wipro,Insfosys , cognizant. and many other companies. After completing my course i will be termed as a Nutrition. There will be many opportunities for me as these days people are focusing more on their health and wellness. About 60 to 70 percent of peope are placed every year from my college.The highest package offered has been is up to 30 lakhs per annum. Average salary package ranges between 4 to 7 lakhs per annum.

The actual yearly fee for my course in my college is Rs.27000 but I was fortunate enough to get Scholarship under Muslim minority Scheme. I only have to pay Rs.7000 which is exam fee. Rs.750 for management fee. All of my other batchmates have to pay the total fee who did not get any scholar ship.

Coming to fests we do have many celebrations happening like ganesh chaturthi, bathukamma ,annual day celebrations, nutri week ,Technocraft and many more. our college encourages students in sports and extracuricular activities sports such as cricket, kabaddi, table tennis and many more.Students clubs are very active on campus. they organize activities like essay writing, elocution, debates, story writing , and many other actities which help us a lot in building confidence and improving us in very field.

This college is very much near than other collges which I have applied for. It has very good placements opportunities for the students. Internship is also provided as we need to go to the hospital to get trained which are private. I did not get rejected by any other college rather i had options to choose. I have chosen this college and I am very satisfied.

Most of the faculty members are very much supportie and approachable .They always help me if I reach out ti them regarding any academic help but Some of them are very unfriendly and uninteractive.one of my faculty member always targets me and my friend circle. We do not have any kind of mid exams but we do have prefinals and finals. Final exams are assigned in different colleges we have to go to the center and gie our exams.

We dont have any kind of gym in our college. we do have library which have books related to our courses ,journals. we have digital library with automated services.It is very spacious we can sit very comfortablely. Canteen is not very large it needs a lot of renovation . we dont have space to sit and hangout with friends. It is very outdated.
